So, just out of curiosity, now that Milan HAVE wont the CL, Kaka will get the Ballon d'Or, right?
How about the World Player of the Year award? How do they calculate that? Anyway, I'm actually hoping that he gets both ![]() |

Zidane: Kaka ahead of Man Utd's Ronaldo
tribalfooball.com - May 25, 2007 French great Zinedine Zidane has declared AC Milan ace Kaka just ahead of Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo as the world's No1 player. Zizou said: "I've enjoyed watching football from a distance, without the tension and stress. Therefore I have had the opportunity to admire many good players. "The No1 for me has been Kaka, for the goals that he has scored and for the performances that he has offered during the more delicate moments of the season. I cannot say if he will succeed in winning the Ballon d'Or, but I can guarantee that he is the best one." For the players No2 and 3 behind Kaka, Zidane declared: "One is Cristiano Ronaldo, who has made an impression on me at Manchester United, the other is Clarence Seedorf who often has made the difference in the Champions League." Didnt know what section to put in under as he does mention the Ballon |

Zidane's complimented a few Milan players lately. First Gourcuff, now Kaka and Seedorf.

Zizou is turning MILANISTA!
I'm with Capitano and a million other people: KAKA for the Ballon D'Or 2007. Even Roger Federer (the tennis champ) has complimented him. And even if no one said one good word abut this man...all you need to do is turn on your TV and watch him play. |

Kaka' will propably win the Ballon D'Or, because he is a great player. But aslo because everybody likes him. He is such a humble guy, he is someone you can't hate.
That plus the fact that Milan has won the Champions League will propably let Kaka' win the Ballon D'Or. I hope Totti will get the second spot, because he deserves recognition. Altough it will propably be C. Ronaldo and I must admit that he was very good in the Premiership. |

1994, 95 & 96 would have been van basten's years
VAN BASTEN : could have erased the name of eusebio, cryuff, platini and firmly established himself as the greatest ever european player of he had competed the seasons of 94,95 & 96.
If van basten had played, he would have been best player of 94 world cup, dominated 94 champions cup final, won the 1995 champions cup final and made kluivert cry and ... win Euro 1998 So van basten could have been made Euro Footballer of Year 5 FIVE TIMES and World player of year 4 times !. |

should be the greatest player of all time in in every ones opinion???? ![]() Be realistic. The reality is that it didn't happen. Some one can also say that Batistuta could have won he World Footballer of the Year award 5-6 times, if he had played for a bigger club other than Fiorentina. But the reality is that it didn't happen. So accept what already exists Don't make castles in the air like Man Utd & Arsenal fans But at the end of the day we all know that He is an all time great & its as simple as that ![]()
