That comment about the tissue is side-splitting stuff.

This is comedy gold from Favalli19 (http://www.forza-inter.com/forums/sh...442&page=116):

"Eto'o is going nowhere, Inter will just have to stick with my favourite player, Recoba."

Hey, Wikipedia already has him as a Milan player so it must be true

http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Suazo

EDIT: Now he's going to Juve. LOL

Wikipedia is probably THE least reliable source for transfer information on the internet.

Apart from Moratti getting owned, i don't find this a bomba transfer.
Hey, 28 years old guy who never played a European cup match and spent the last 8 years in Europe
He was more of a one season wonder and he's comming after an awful season saved by the 8 PK's he scored.
This guy would fit in Inter perfectly...i don't see him as a Milan material.
Though there's a good thing about him... i don't think he'll be a starter for Milan and with his speed he'll make a great substitute for the last 20-30 minutes when opponent defence will be tired.
And the other good thing is (good for Milan) that Eto'o wont be comming so maybe Dinho could join you.

I doubt anyone ever saw Suazo as a super transfer like would be Etoo, Dinho, Henry ... Iaquinta ... but it's the total lack of any signs whatsoever from Milans management and the fact that he was more or less officially an Inter player that makes this a "bomba" move, especially after Aquafresca agreed to join Cagliari from Inter as part of the Suazo deal.

other than that, if one big player comes to Milan - most probably Dinho - Suazo would complement the attacking department pretty well with Pippo, Ronaldo, and RO/Gila also there.

I also don't like the idea of him being a direct replacement for Trez, which probably won't be the case anyway, but i rate him very high.
Compared to Suazo, Iaquinta (although Suazo is 16 days older than Iaquinta) is much more experienced and he has proven himself as very useful.
Unlike players like Barone, Amelia or Oddo, Iaquinta actually deserved to be called a world champion for his performances in Germany. He single handedly took an average team like Udinese to CL and he had some very good matches in CL, scoring 6 goals in 7 matches (4 in CL and 2 in CLQ). Also, Iaquinta is always consistant - never great but never bad (something we can't say for Suazo)
Iaquinta has powerful foot, headers and pace while Suazo has only the pace and is a good penalty taker (something he won't practise much in Milan).
I can't really think of a better 3rd choice attacker than Iaquinta.

And yes, i know why the "bomba" part is...i enjoyed forza-inter as much as you did ..... that's why i mentioned that without Moratti getting owned, nothing special is left about Suazo joining Milan.

Certainly is a surprise transfer but not exactly a world-class player. I hope this isn't what the management have been planning for, but it is indeed a good move IF it is to replace Oliveira.

Tony, I see you still haven't realized that I am just messing with you about Iaquinta

I agree, he is a good, even excellent choice for a 3rd striker but will Juve use him as such ... if Trez stays or Gila or Huntelaar join, yes, but I am getting the feeling that Iaquinta maybe prepped to be a 2nd choice should Miccoli or Bianchi go to Juve.

As for Suazo having only pace, I can't agree here - he is very good with headers and has an excellent shot, both in terms of power and precision, and I for sure would prefer him over Iqauinta for the role of a 3rd forward namely because of his explosiveness and unpredictability.

Maybe you should check out some youtube clips - while they don't tell you anything about how a player would fit into a new team, they give you a pretty good idea what he capable of skillwise.

So now the Tevez to Inter rumours make much more sense...and Id rather have Tevez than Suazo, so Inter fans shouldnt worry about this one if it becomes a reality.

Tevez would be hard to get and would cost A LOT - real and Chelski, and even ManU are also very keen on him and the sums mentioned in the rumours surrounding Tevez are close to 35-40 Mil euros - not exactly a risk-free operation when we speak of pawning up everything on one player.
There is no place for comparisons between these two transfers as they are on totally dif levels.

Suazo was hardly seen by Inter as a starting striker so even with him going there, they would have still gone for Tevez, Etoo or whoever considering that Adriano seems to be on his way out.
Suazo would have given more depth to their strike force and would have given it characteristics they currently lack, so getting him away from under their noses must have hurt at least a little bit.

Now, if we could get one of Dinho or Etoo we'll close Inter's way to the other one from the Barca pair, and Tevez with all those clubs after him will not be an easy target at all ... maybe, in the end they would keep Adriano.
