^^ Do you realize what you just said? Ancelotti bases his TEAM on individual performance over team performance? If such is the case, what is Ancelotti's purpose then ? Might as well just let Galliani pick the team. Even he could pick a set of 11 decent individuals.

So to u Ancelotti doesnt base his attack on individuality?? The attack is based on creative sparks from eithier, Kaka,Seedorf,Pirlo, and know Ronnie NO?

^^ I didn't disagree at all. I'm just thinking that if such is the case then Carlo isn't that special after all and maybe should be replaced by someone who puts a team out onto the pitch instead of individuals. I'm speaking hypothetically of course.

I am not buying the theory about Gilardinho being weak psychologically.
He plays great for the national team.. In fact, in the last game he was the key to giving them a lead in the later stages of the game.

On my part I think Milan relies to heavily on Kaka and Pirlo, while besides them our attackign line is completely broken and disorganized.

Bottom line, considering how young he was when he came to Milan, he was arguably the best Italian centre forward Italy had for the next 5-8yrs, with the greatest potential.

We ruined a great opportunity and we never fully utilised his talent.

He did well in his first season because we played as a team in a 4-3-1-2 formation with Kaka feeding Sheva, Inzaghi and Gila.

Then we stopped playing as a team and Ancelotti relied on individuals way too much.

It was only natural that he would flourish at Fiorentina since the problem was never Gila, the problem was Milan.

Even with Gila gone, Milan are still struggling to score goals and struggling to win

it took only 2500 wrongly set up games for people to realise that Carlo isnt a good coach and that he sistematically destroys players that need proper sistem to work on. Only absolute world class palyers stay on top with this improvisation football he plays. Kaka', Rui, Pirlo ( also went down to overplaying him...), Sheva, MAldini, Cafu, Nesta...

Gila, Marek, Oddo, Gourcuff, Pato - ruined. Pato still has hope as Carlo will be sacked as soon as Berlusconi decides to pay money for normal players.

“It is true that tactically Fiorentina are more aimed at helping the three strikers every week, whereas at Milan I always played with one or two players by my side, so it was different. To have the whole front line to attack is another matter for me."

I think this quote of Gila's says quite a lot about how we are tactically right now.

I think I did too; no point saying who are those who bashed Gila most, as tey may well be right in their own way.

Like you say, only time will tell.

The more Gila scores, the more Carlo loses respect among ACM fans. He is scoring goals simply because he is playing in a proper strike partnership with Mutu unlike when he was at ACM & the only person to be blamed for this loss is Carlo who destroyed Gila's confidence by putting him in a sick formation of 4-3-2-1. Remember Gila scored 17 Serie-A goals when he played with a partner upfront. This point of Gila coming under pressure is bull****. AC Milan has simply lost a gem

Mark my words, Gila will lead the Italian attack in 2010 WC

That's the point bro...
He can't adapting in christmast tree formation, he can't be a lone striker..
So, if Carletto/Milan still and will use that formation (until now), he have to adjust himself with it and transform to be a lone striker..

Conclusion : Gila must change for Milan Formation not Milan must change for Gila style...

No wonder Milan sell him......

If that's the case we shouldn't have brought him in the first place, because they saw him how he played in Parma they knew his style of play and Carlo never, never tried to play a formation that suited him what more do you need. He never was a bad player we 're starting to become as Inter we're ruining every young player out there it's really embarassing, they are acting as if their new to football they look as incompetent fools not knowing what to do.

We're still marking your words that Gila is going to be the next MVB...Gila is going to get dropped as soon as Balotelli and Amauri hit the field.

mzk, you know how many times you told us to mark your words how Gila will lead Milan to several scudettos and CLs and just like dru said, the next MVB? Gila was a flop at Milan, period. There could have been countless reasons to why, but right now he is at Fiorentina banging in the goals and we got alotta money for him and got a better player for Milan in Boriello. Everyone's happy this way!

Good point about we should be mindful about Pato. Gila came with a huge enthusiasm, football pundits were claiming that he's the new Paolo Rossi. And to be honest, I believed in it too. Sadly, things didn't go quite the way we hope it would be.

Now, we're facing a similar situation with Pato. Seedorf was right when he said that the press and even the club put too much pressure on Pato's shoulder by comparing him with Ronaldo. Carletto should pay more attention on this issue. the second year is always more difficult than the first one

Thats what is not good for ACM fans. He was a natural goal scorer but failed because he dind't play in rite formation. Ok now he si gone, but ACM didn't get enough money for him. It was 14 mil euros rite? How on earth Totenhem can get 20 mil pounds for a clown like Robbie Keane & 30 million for Berbatov & Aston Villa demands 18 million pounds for G. Barry & Gila only 14 mil euros? It should have been 20 million to say the least.

I am happy with Borrie, but whats the point of not playing him from the start with Pato & giving a starting place to that loser 76? Its not fair
