xvr11 is true, we take a risk, even if he is restablished, he hasn't played for a while now and so, another injury (muscular one) can happen if he comes back to quickly ...

We should take in consideration what happened with Kaka', Ronaldo, and of course, both Borriello and Nesta (a come back was programmed around February for Nesta, and Borriello should have been there at least since January).

General Gattuso has now taken a pay cut with us and increased his contract to 3 years.

yes, Galliani confirmed it yesterday.

I don't know if the new contract has been signed. All I recall Galliani saying was that Gattuso OFFERED to reduce his salary and extend the contract by a year. Whether it is done is another matter.

Yes, it would be good to see Flamini and Gatusso playing together in the midfield. Both are similar, yet Flamini still has an attacking edge to him. It would create something formidable.

If Flamini and Gattuso are playing together as DMs, then Milan can play with three Attk mid of Abate-Pirlo-Dinho.

Does anyone remember when Pirlo got injured earlier in the season and Gattuso started playing some fine passes? Boy I'm looking forward to more of that. Maybe Galliani should build his team around him!

I would not say those are fine passes but rather short passes.
I think Gattuso should really play in the middle instead of the side, as he is very easy to trap when he has the ball.

Gattuso still is one of the best defensive midfielders in the world WITHOUT DOUBT,my favorite player at Milan.

Last year he was our best player,he did everything,even attack!To bad he got injured,if he stayed fit we would have been pushing for Scudetto im sure.

Leonardo will not pick Ambrosini above Flamini,although i am the only person maybe who likes Ambro(because of his work-rate and stamina).A midfield with Rhino,Flamini and Pirlo is a world class midfield.

Absolutly Milan still have a best DM triangle on planet..only problem for us is transmision of the ball in front of midlefield to attacking positions..
4-3-3 formation is a logical solution for that problem.

The transmission?Everybody has complained about the transmission,but i dont know why it is really a problem.The transmission has been bad over the years because Pirlo wasnt allowed to move forward by Carletto,thats it,he had to keep playing in front of the defence and trying to reach our forwards with only long balls.....Leo will probably move Pirlo closer to the strikers so that Pirlo can serve our forwards with chip-passes etc.That means the transmission will go much smoother,we have the right players in house but only the tactics are wrong(Berlusconi was right about this subject).

You seriously think your the only one liking Ambro. The man that dedicated his career to Milan, the man who has given us much joy throu thhis years. the only problem that people have with him,is that at this age his not better that flamini,and shouldnt be starting ahead of him, nothing more.

I simply cant imagin someone disliking Ambro our subst. captain for years now, he has always given his best, dont forget he has never been the world class DM.
