we have more possesion but Palermo clearly got the best chances! I'd say bring in Pato as Abate isnt playing well

Ronnie is playing really well. He started off slow with most his balls being blocked just as they would leave his feet but now he is getting his crosses in and they are very close to reaching a Milan head. I just can't say enough about how impressive his vision has been this season and it just seems to becoming more consistent as he is still gelling with our attacking front. I actually thought his cross in the last minute was going to smack off Borrigol's head and go in but a Palermo defender got there at the last second.

This game is basically a sum of all that we have seen this season. Threatening in front of goal, no midfield causing the defense to have a lot of pressure on them. Antonini and Zambro have a good work rate and are getting back to defend luckily or else we'd be toast on a few.

Borri seems just a bit off today. He is holding the ball up very well and combining well with R80 and Seedorf but just can't find that last bit to get his head on the end of those wonderful R80 crosses. I think Hunter should get a run but probably we'll see Pippo. Seedorf also is a bit slow today as is Ambro who has now committed two fouls just outside our box in the last 10 minutes of the first half. Abate is anonymous taking up Pato's role as most the game is going through R80 as expected. We are really missing Pato's ability to stretch the defense with his ability to control those long diagonal balls sent from the back third on our quick counter-attacks.

Fast flowing game and kind of fun to watch. Only 1 offsides called this whole match! Wait til Pippo comes in though

I really hope we can salvage a point here...our midfield is completely overwhelmedfor large portions of the game.

We certainly also need to replace Boriello, who has wasted chance after chance.

2-0 Palermo.

Same old story. Get within touching distance of Inter and then blow it.

This is why we are not championship material yet.

Were screwed. Palermo score again....

Ah well. I never even expected us to be in 2nd in the league at this stage of the season....so I guess I should be happy.

Pathetic game by our midfield though.
