Gio you are the closest thing to Geo we have. You might have to step up, call on your inner Geo'ness and get it done...

I have say, if Pato continues to be injured so often, its not worth keeping him. He's almost like Michael Owen, great, but he's never there.
It's disapointing that Pato is out and it's unfortunate that at such young age he can't go a few months without an injury.

But this news report is full of bs. How is this a row between the club and Pato. The title "Pato row overshadows Milan test" is simply laughable. Just because Leonardo was surprised that Pato got injured.....all of a sudden there is a problem between the player and the club. What a stupid news report.

Paddy De Nagan, I'm just comenting on the link you posted and not towards your own post. I know you are just the massenger of the news.

I would not be surprise if Pato is piss about the Milan lab, as he won't be the first person to complain about the lab.

Anyhow, just amazing how they can find potential dental problems on a player they only tested on twice where they can't locate any problems on players they train daily.

I can understand there are frustrations within the club, from Galliani and Leo to Pato. The problem is no one seems to be able to pinpoint why we keep getting these injuries. The thing is people keep saying Pato looks ok but then as soon as he's on the pitch he's suddenly injured again. From the managements perspective this is baffling as one day he's fine and the next he's out for another month. From Pato's perspective I can understand his frustration as there was a lot of talk of him imagining or fearing injury, when the reality there has to be some sort of problem if he's gotten injured again.

This means milanlab, whose job it is to diagnose this and try to prevent it from occuring are going wrong somewhere. We rely heavily on technology which may not be as accurate as we expect or the doctors aren't correctly treating the players or advising management on how much training a player needs.

Anyway, given the problems we need to seriously review milanlab to see where things are going wrong. The long term injuries suffered by many players seem to be things that should be identified early on to prevent the problems.

The saddest part in all this is milanlab was something the club was really proud of some years ago. These days it's become somewhat of a joke.

Most likely he will not get any game time, but who is this Simone Romagnoli kid? Any extra information?
Apparently Albertazzi ATLAST was going to make the sqaud but he got injured...

From quick check of the primavera team Rogmanoli is the oldest player in the team and starter for the defence (it seems that he has been playing as CB). If I am not mistaken, he played with first team in 1-2 friendly games at the beginning of the season (he probably also played last year friendly games with Milan Ancelotti)

His profile:

P&DoB: Cremona 9/02/1990
Height: 193 cm
Weight: 85 kg

Well, he is big (193 cm) but I wonder why is he still playing for Primavera, not loaned out to small club.

Well atleast he has the physicality to play at top level, but u are quite right mate... Why hasn't he been loaned out?.. Keep in mind Albertazzi should have been in his place.

From some Primavera games I checked, Albertazzi and Romagnoli are the starter defenders of our Primavera team. So, these two players should be in the first position to be included to Milan team.

Absolutely, no probs. About the title, I was wondering was it a amke-up, or was it just sparse information on the writing. Since there is no great knowledge of a 'bust-up' Ill put it down it idiotic journalism.

I think it is critical for milan success, especially without pato, for Dino to be able to face defenders...it appears in the last couple matches, that he is marked tight, and always recieving the ball with his back to the goal.
I think Dino and Antonini can be the difference...

Never forget that during this season we are still fighting for scudetto, plus in the process we have gained two very respectable full backs (Abate, Antonini) , a great CB ( T.S believe me, he will become captain of this team in few years.) One great holding midfilder Flamini (he has proved this season what he is made of) and one very reliable Striker in Borriello(great against small sides, which we have missed in the past). And on top of this very talented coach who has the respect of everybody..tactical awareness will come with time.

All this with minimum investments. I feel like a champion already

Dude well said. Cant agree more.

We are winning this one. N i hope Leo s going to put Gazetta s line up on the field. Plus some Pippo mania in the second half and i guess we should win this one comfortably. Antonini-Dhino is sweet n deadly.

Maybe Pato need to get the problem sorted out timely... i think he was rushed back to play Man U when he needed more time.
