I voted for "Good, but not spectacular", but I think that "he has to go!!!" doesn't belong to this poll, because poll is about how well he did his job this year and not is he good enough for Milan.
I think he did a good job considering resources, but anyway I think he has to go, for the reasons I've stated many times on this forum.

Xudong, don't underestimate Delio Rossi, he's a wonderful tactician! In Palermo he made amazing counter-attacking machine, most of you will say it's ridiculous, but I think that Palermo is one of the best teams in Europe regarding counter-attacks right now. Now with Pastore he completed the puzzle of three mobile strikers he never could complete at Lazio. Remember that Zarate and Pandev took Serie A by storm in the beginning of last season, they were best attacking duo in the league, and all D. Rossi needed was an AM like Pastore to complete a trident of mobile strikers, and I'm sure Lazio would be where Palermo is now, perhaps even better, but unfortunately for them they didn't trust him.

I am a fan of AC Milan and I am also a fan Huntelaar, whether you like it or not But I doubt if you are a true supporter of AC Milan, since you want a loser like Leonardo to stay, instead of voting for him to go, so that AC Milan could get the services of Lippi, Hiddink, Rjkaard or even the best one Mourinho, if we are lucky enough.

Yeah lets just drop it, because you don't have anything to support Leonardo, because he is the one responsible for this poor show of AC Milan.

And just for the record, here is the situation of the AC Milan squad for the upcoming World Cup

Abbiatti - May be 3rd choice GK for Italia, but maaaaybe

Abate - Are you kidding me?

Antonini - Not good enough to be a starter for Italian NT

Nesta - Absolute world class, but injured and retired

Thiago Silva - I doubt if Dunga will even take him to South Africa in the presence of Lucio, Alex, Juan & Cris etc and he does, TS will be a back up player

Oddo - Dead

Janku - Maybe a NT starter, but Czech Republic will not play the WC

Bonera - He needs to get fit first, then we will see about Italian National Team

Zambrotta - Asking Lippi to trust him to trust him in press conferences, amazing

Gattuso - If Italy don't have any plans of retaining the WC then add him (with all due respect to Rino)

Pirlo - Lippi will surely think twice before including him in the team

Ambrosini - Not good enough for NT at WC

Flamini - Talented, but not in the good books of Domenech

Ronaldinho - Surely Dunga will not take him to SA. Diego, Robinho etc will be preferred

Pato - Again he will not go to SA. Nilmar, Adriano etc will be preferred

Borriello - Probably a back up player for Gilardino, who will lead the Italian NT in the WC and people like you said on MM that he wasn't good enough for ACM

Inzaghi -

Favalli -

Kaladze -

And finally

Klaas Jan Huntelaar - He will lead the attack of the Dutch NT and after taking his team to the semis or even the final, his name will be taken with Cryuff and Van Basten.

And its as simple as that

So i guess its you who is blinded by illusions

This team would have made it to Europe even without a coach. The squad is good enough to finish 4th anyway. But when it really mattered to lift the spirit of the team make some smart tactical changes so that ACM could win matches against teams like Napoli etc and go top of Serie-A table, Leonardo choked big times and failed badly. His team selection has been awful since day 1. He acted like a cry-baby all season because Galliani didn't give him his beloved Fabiano

Don`t compare Huntelar with Pippo,Raul, Nistelroy,at least not yet.... nobody makes u favors in football, u got to earn your place. The only argument u have against Leo is that he has personal issues and is jealous of Hunter.

Not once has Leo mentioned the failed transfers in the summer, Not once he has said that he wasnt given what was promised, not once you`ve heard him cry over smth.

Don`t like him as a coach, its up to you...but he has a been a true gentlemen all the way, don`t take that away from him.

I really don't know why you think Lippi, Capello, and Hiddink would even consider taking over Milan at the moment.

You can say all you want about Leo this and that, but the fact is that he did not get any players he wanted and the President actually sold a player he wants to rely on.

You got a good list there mzk57, but what if that list actually include someone like Cissohko, Hernanez, Dzeko and Krasic? The results will be totally different. I am not going to say anything bad about Hunter as I do think he has talents, but to say that he will lead Holland to WC is a pretty big joke, as to me, Van Persie will be the starting CF for Holland with Robben and Snejder behind him. Robben will most likely be the one who will be scoring the goals as he forgot how to pass lately. I don't think Leo mis-use Hunter under the current circumstances as Milan does not have any true wingers. HUnter certainly cannot play as a lone striker, he is best suit for to play along side another striker with 2 wingers sending crosses, it just so happens that Milan cannot play that way, since as I mentioned Milan does not have any WINGERS.

As for Revolver, I am proud of you for voting that Leo did a good job. As for he must go thing, I agree with you. Not b/c I think Leo sucks or his tactics is crap but simply b/c he deserves much better than the current Milan MGT. A president who told him that he is crap while losing but did not mention one word when he was leading Milan to victory, make up dental problems from prevent signing a key player and the lists go on and on.

Wow u guys are taking this way too personal now. I support both Leo and Huntlaar, both for individual reasons.

Leo s a good coach and has done a commendable job this season considering the team he has had at his disposal.

Huntlaar s a good striker but he has a long way to go.

Blaming Leo for not using h11 as much is quite unjust. H11 got a few chances which he did use but he did put some to waste as well. So all s even.

@mkz: Regarding none of our players (except H11) making it to the WC, i dont think it has anything to do with Leo. Most of these players were given their opp. to prove themselves and it was upto them to do well and the rest depends on the NT coches thought process.

About Hiddink, Rjkaard or J.Mou coming to Milan---maybe they wouldnt even bother coming here. But as a Milan fan i believe they are not even worth it.

You are out of your mind, Huntelaar doesn't compare to any of those guys. Most of those guys played at the highest level consisetently for many years in several leagues and european competitions. Huntelaar so far seems to be a one club, one league wonder. I don't like players like him, he is far too one dimensional and does not inspire any confidence in the team.

I hope they sell him and buy a more dynamic player, hopefully a technical player who can lead the front on his own. I am tired of all these one dimensional pure strikers like Huntelaar, Inzaghi, Gillardino etc.

i agree with you but what huntelaar really needs is a different mold of players, different formation

i would play huntelaar along side pato in attack if we have a proper Am like pastore, and different formation like 4312 and offcourse no 2 dms.

But none of them got only 9 league starts in the whole season & rite after that they were labeled as a bad and useless player. Lets face it, 7 goals in 10 starts is an impressive strike rate, which means 21 goals in 30 starts.

We will never sign Lippi, Capello (again), and Hiddink as they would demand transfers and money to be invested..

Thats why we signed Leo, and thats why his replacement will be Galli..

Look at it this way... we didnt spend big on playes or coach!!! poor old washed up squad with an inexperience coach that contested the league till the wheels ran off, thou he kept them on longer than expected... Leo over achieved... very good miracle...
and for the person who got Mancini from inter you should take him and make a gift for your female wife!!!

@ Revolver, its actually short for 'an absolutely terrible performance from a tactically inept coach not good enough for Milan' but i changed it to avoid heavy fire!!!! Lol. Hope you understand why now.

Before a player gets a starting spot he has to performin training... if the player is not good enough to start why shoud he start ahead of those who are better?
Huntelaar is the same as Kezman...
on the other hand he complements the other washed up players he is around so it is fair to say he belongs with this squad. However this squad does not belong to the GREAT MILAN CLUB!!!
Keep inmind the squad/team and club is not one in the same...
we beg for the day that this squad will pass and another come in to take milan back to the top

I have to kind of disagree with the idea of having to perform in training before getting chances. If we paid for a player we should already know or have a good idea what to expect and getting games will help a forward probably more than any other player.

(I say kind of because of course if a player has no clue in training or is a problem that is of course different)
