I think we'll see a lineup with Boateng, Flamini and Seedorf in midfield supporting an attack of Robinho, Dinho and Pippo. Not sure why, but I feel quite confident of this.

The defence though I'm not sure about. I think RB is the only real doubt, with Nesta and Thiago both starting with Antonini on the left. Presumably one of Abate or Zambrotta will be at RB.

Our problem has been our hectic schedule preventing us much work on our tactics, so I doubt we'll see many fireworks in today's match. All I really hope is to see a tight unit pressing well together. If we manage that much then I'm certain we'll win.

its

..............abbiatti..................

zambro.....nesta....silva...antonini

....rino........pirlo.........seedorf....

...Robinho.............dinho............

...............ibra.........................

guess flamini needs a rest after 2 games at 26 and boateng who has been our best mid needs one too it makes no sense.

Allegri must believe in Gattuso soooo much

OCmilano · 02-10-2010, 13:23

FK this coach. Come on man are you serious, with this seedorf , Pirlo, and Gattuso sht again..

And Pirlo talking about building something. At least it looks like the 4-3-1-2 will be played.

Forza Milan non the less.

Well Geo, I guess there goes your tactical genius prediction for resting Flams and Prince in the last match. I seriously don't get what Allegri is trying to prove with this midfield.

This is nuts. All three of our forwards are stuck in Trequartista territory because they can't risk our midfield losing the ball at all times. We have no one within 25metres of the goal! This is not good enough!

nefremo · 02-10-2010, 14:09

To be honest.....I love Italian football......but the referees are making it very hard to do that in Italy. Blowing the whistle for anything and everything. You rarely see a free flowing game because of this stuff.

They should give something else to the referees to blow before the game....that way maybe they'll hold off during the game. It's really frustrating. Just the slightest touch....and....blooowwwww!!!!

Ryo · 02-10-2010, 14:10

Rino booked..... I don't really think this is what we planned to do... Allegri just can't get it into his head that he's not using the right players for his tactics. :P
