Just saw the Seville Vs Moscow match in re-run. Krasic did not impress me as much as Honda. Honda was really good, at least in that match. Anyone knows more about Honda?

That made me disguisted in the summer and I knew that both these teams were going to fail in the Europa League. This is why I hope they don't qualify for Europe in a long time. Italy needs clubs like Fiorentina and Napoli to play in Europe. Teams that are willing to improve year after year surrounded by passion. Just look at Fiorentina and how they've been slowly improving their squad year by year. And they are yet to sell a big star of their squad because they want to keep growing. These are the clubs that will hepl Italy get back to its feet.

No doubt about that. I think money does play a huge part in these competitions but whats the point of finishing high up and just give up on Europe competitions? Something is really wrong about Serie A clubs.

my brother who lives in Japan did tell me once about him,Keisuke Honda.. because when their local stars playing abroad, the local tv broadcasts intensively about their progress, and he was one of the most discussed in town.. then I searched & saw some of his videos from youtube (though it only tells a bit about a player..) I would say he's a better version of s. nakamura (left-footed player) with also very good skills at set pieces (freekicks , corner kicks, etc) , can dribble really well, good vision & passing, in terms of physical appearance & attacking ability, he's much better than nakamura.. here is one of the videos from youtube:

he was with VVV Venlo (Eredivisie) since 2008, the club relegated once but he remains there, was wearing the captain armband and no 10 there.. I guess these 2 facts show how good he really is.. (being an asian playing in european league) he scores 24 from 69 apps, not a bad figure for a midfielder sadly, as far as I know, he has not really featured much w/ the national team, as they still have nakamura and other regular starters..

perhaps, any japanese friend here in this forum? or our friend here living in Holland? they should be able to tell more bout him..

I am never a fan of Nakamura, as I think he only got headlines due to his freekicks. Nakata was one of my fav. The way he passes and reads the game was amazing.

I will say him a slow attacking midfielder who doesn't realises his speed and this make him lost so many balls (which also hurts milan) in many occasions despite he made certain actions producing assists and goals.

Some has said it very well, Dinho only need 1-2 great actions and boom!!! Assists and goals are coming from him!

It depends for what club he played. If he plays for mediocre club, I will be impressed but if he plays for a club like Milan, I won't be impressed. How he played in a Milan game never impressed me except in 1-2 great moments per a game he shown. He made huge assists and goals but also many unnecessary mistakes.

Same with Pato vs Fio. Even he made very crucial goal, I am not impressed with his play. Ok, I won't rate him with so low point cos a winning goal is a winng goal and that deserved credits, just like Ronaldinho has done this seasons, that also deserved credits.

Siregar, i respect how you think but dude looks somewhere else for an on form play maker like ronaldinho, let him loose the ball 10000 times as long as he is assisting or scoring...
we won 15 games this season so far 14 of them due to ronaldinhos work.

Last night, it was Dzeko show.

1 goal, 1 assist, it could've been a hattrick easily, I'm scared to think wht BEAST he'll be when he improves his finishing a little.

Dzeko is very good , buyt more importantlly Pato in an interview with nike.com said he couldnt rule out a move to Chelsea and a reunion with Carletto the later I find odd because Leonardo got him for Milan and understands him.
If the worst happens and Chelsea offer 50 - 60 million and Berlusconi sells him and we don't spend 80 or 90 million I don't know what would happen , but as much as I'd like to say he won't leave I can't because I know and he know's that he won't win anything big with this team . Sure we are only 4 points off of Inter but I still don't honestly think we will win the scudetto. And if Pato gets sold this summer there will be a RIOT!!!

Do there will not be. Italians dont have balls to confront managment in a real way. They dont have guts to suspend San Siro, to abandon year tickets completely etc. I wouldnt be 2% surprised if Galliani - Silvio sell Pato coz of the "books".

Pato is young and he'll get 5 times more money in there, and will play in better league etc. We'll buy Dzeko and say we replaced Pato etc...

Thought I'd mention this as there aren't many mentions for Rodrigo Ely from our youth setup. According to a FIFA agent he is highly promising at 17 and is a lot like Thiago Silva, with the potential to play alongside or even instead Silva in the future.

I just checked the squad of Primavera, Beretti and Allievi from acmilan website but couldn't find the name you mentioned. In which team of Milan does he play actually?

All the things Galliani speaks only lead to the conclusion Milan still has no money and we'll insert primavera players into first team. That is why we have suddenly bought 10 young players in one summer, while we havent done so in last 10 years...

Fly Emirates is simply a new sponsor that pays 5mlnper year more then Bwin, that is all. Nothing is leading me to conclude Milan will invest properly this year. I only hope we will not sell Pato, yet.
And do not forteh that we are not the only team that has talaented young players, and that talented young players were NEVER enough to built a great team, and never will be.

Berlusconi is now the owner who asks the club to finance itself. I can also be that kind of an owner.

We have no money so no new players in the summer is likely , I am 100% sure that Dzeko will not be a Milan player for at least another 7 years Im not being funny or over exaggerating our situation If two of the 10 young guys become very good players not great or World class then that will be the best we hope for but what is the point of buying all those 18 , 19 , and 20 year olds are we trying to copy Barca and Arsenal well to me the difference is that while mgt dream of those players becomming like Fabregas , Vela , Clichy , Kolo Toure , Messi , Busquets , Bojan , Iniesta , Pedro it isnt likely as all those guy's were playing at least 1 in 3 games at 17 , our guys some of them are 19 and a few 20 and are about as close to the first team as Maldini's sons.
I just hope wish and pray that Rino , Pirlo , Ambro , Seedorf , Janku , Zambro , Kaladze , evn Nesta are not around in 3 years or 4 years time , because while we are grinding out results and looking okay but next year they will be slower and less mobile and i can't imagine the year after.
Sure Abate , Antonini , Pato ,Flamini and T.Silva are fast and fit and strong but thats only 5 players in our entire squad that are. Bonera , Huntelaar , Borriello being the only other players of a decent age we have are not that fast , you need speed and strenght in todays game a change of pace something we lack .

I was finally impressed by one player ... during the game Roma-Pana ... The young and already hyped Ninis, an attacking midfielder, is an excellent player with a lot of potential !!

I think the Greeks (Grecians ? I don't remember how it is said in English, I think it's "the Greeks") of the forum could give some more information about this player ... I know he is considered as the potential guy allowing Greece to level up in a near future.

Anyway, about the Italian teams, let's hope Juventus wins the Europa League by winning all their games (as well as Inter, Fiorentina and Milan qualify for the following round of CL too for a final win of Milan in the competition ) !! 3 German teams qualified for the 1/8 finals ...
