I will believe that we've signed Ibra when I see him run out on the pitch vs Lecce....

Until then, I remain pessimistic about our chances this term.....Allegri complains about our lack of pace, yet plays the slowest midfielders we have available.....Pirlo, Seedrof and Ambrosini aren't exactly speed merchants.....

Without Pato, we have no pace....we will continue to drop points vs teams that park the bus, and win vs those that chose to attack, IF we manage to score any goals that is....

IMO he's actually more capable than any of our current mids to play the physical role. He was immense last year in pre-season in the mid, then got shifted to rb, and imo he performed very well considerinf the lack of experience.

I mean, prices could decrease a little in South America after the end of the season (now, some clubs may be reluctant to sell, what's the point of selling your players during the middle of the season unless you can really earn a lot of money ?!), and it's difficult to find good reinforcements in Europe in January as the clubs are like the South American clubs during the summer (the best players are unavailable), and that lets us with only bad/average/decent players who, for most of them, already played in CL/Europa League.

IMO, that's the best thing to do if we think we could need a new player this winter ...

PS: Of course, if there was a possibility to get a rising star in Brazil right now, it's better taking him now and not letting the train go because we wanted to wait until January.

As for Ibra, just does not make sense at all. Even if there is an unofficial deal going on, as I doubt President at Barcelona wants to piss off their fans by giving away Ibra like that. If they sell him for 40-50Mil then it is another story.

A source said Borri & 30M, well, another dream or pure imagination

Borri & 30Mil makes more sense than a loan deal and Barcelona paying half of Ibra wages.


I think it will be Hunter, Flamini & 30Mil for Ibra.
