Havent you read the article from some journalist who says Silvio wanted Galliani and half of the Milanello out, but its not easy to fire man who is here for 25 years and knows things that cannot leave Milannello? So Silvio and Fininvestclosed the bank and Galliani is working with what he creates. That started with milions Galliani and Braida spent of half-players who are half-signed and never came to MIlan, trips to Brasil for private fun and signing players that also never played for us... Not changing doctors coz they are Galliani's choice and he defends it ( even Silvio had personal problems with diagnosis in Milanlab..), not selling after 2007 and creating wage debts that needed to be fixed afterwards, not signing what scouts said ( Modric, Jovetic for 3mln etc. ), not investing in primavera for TEN years etc.

Galliani hasint signed decent player from serie a for ages and we have no relationships with any team. We sign players after then play good 90min against us. Pathetic. LAst player Galliani signed was Gila, with the halp from Berlusconi who called in and payed the rest! Flamini was a good move, and Kaka' and Pato were Leo's jobs as LEo was begging to trust him. Also Thiago...

Galliani created this **** is the club and created a roster that needs 10 new players and has players like Kaladze, Dida, MArek etc., who are payed like they are CAmbiasso, MExes and Cesar!

Also, ned GM was supposed to be Leo, as Silvio's choice. But Galliani made him a new coach, so if Leo succedes Galliani did a great job, if Leo failes, he is out of the club and out of the reace for the position.

First choice was always MAldini, but Paolo refused to work with Galliani and in that enviroment. Its well known Maldini doesnt like today's Milanello sistem or younh vs old "development". Players do what they want and have hierrarchy that is not professional. Back when Cappello was a coach no phones were available in Milanello, no family visits on days basis etc. Today its high-life with no results!

Galliani never defended Maldini after his last game and incident vs Curva coz Maldini was never with Galliani in this whole thing.

You ask why Galliani does this? Coz being a GM of AC Milan makes you so much money you cant even immagine. Specially if you use 10mln per year for Brasil trips and "scouting" that never happens. Playing scouts in Africa, France, Balkans etc., and not finding any players! Buying Adiyiah after seeing him in 6 games. Even I saw he is no good for us!!

Talking about PAstore ( who is a genious by the way...), Ibra etc. And actually he did nothing, coz his "campioni" had wages that no other club wanted to pay and do not want to leave the club and cannot be sold as they are injured and old.

Didnt said yes to Yoan and his first team football, coz Seedorf, super Pirlo, Beckham are great campions bla, bla... and he is paying the absurde money to walk around.

Player he brought from MAdrid was Huntelaar coz he can sell Hunter wery well in the summer, not coz Hunter was our solution.

We are in "transition"? Dont tell me anyone believes in that ****.

As fast as galliani goes, faster we'll get back to being serious club.
-------------------------------------------------------------------

I also have to say and be fair, as I was vs Carlo, that Idont like what Leo is doing. Let the man scout and work on his coaching, this is no good. There are coaches like Prandelli ( who will leave Viola ), players like Bonucci, Rannochia, Bale, Hernanes, Krasic, Aguero, Dzeko, maybe Ballottelli, Montolivo, Vargas, De Silvestri, Hamsik... we cannot say that if we bring Yepes to be 3rd or 4th Cb with Bonera, one FB, CM, and Dzeko we solved something... Still Gattuso will want to play, Seedorf, Pirlo older by one year, Dinho who is a narcis, PAto as a RW, MilanLab who doesnt work, injured NEsta, Abate that cannot defend, half-quality player like Antonini, Oddo, Zambrotta ( horrible ). Who will be 2nd CF, Borriello? Hahaha! He can go back to Genoa and play this ridiculous rugby-calcio he plays.

People talk about Paloschi - have you seen him play? He is not a player that can lift Milans game, not now.

We need 7 players, not less. And that is not possible. Years will pass untill we see great Milan back.

Your post has strongly criticised Galliani. Proof is hard to find. I treat that as hypothese.

True or not, we are not healthy & wealthy now.

Leonardo is gone, who is next?

Are you kidding me? While they did not stay at Milan for very long, I remember them contributing to us for small periods, but they gave invaluable rest and rotation to our squad.

I think we could use more players like that right now.

Did you read the link ?
The author on this link is a fan who quotes one sentence (and only one: "Berlusconi would want to change the staff") of Serafini. All the rest of the text is from this fan and only this fan.

Leonardo is gone, who is next?

Google translate sometimes does the job wrongly. The true is Berlus tried to deny any disagreement between Leo and himself, they only have different opinions as two people at two positions.

He already provided the link from milannews which was a fan letter based on the odd comment made by journalist Luca Serafini.

Yes, but the article sourced for all this information is from a fans perspective, which was based on the odd line written by Luca Serafini. I'm not saying what mrki said couldn't be true (after all I don't know the internal politics of the club), but there's little evidence to prove any of this other than a few very tenuous links.

Leonardo is gone, who is next?
Apparently Berlu has come out to say that he hopes Leo remains as coach of Milan after rumours that Leo is reconsidering his position at the club. Berlu admitted they have disagreements, but has said they both let each other know of their opinions.

As far as the rumours surrounding Leo go, he's apparently tired of Berlu's constant criticism this season and the internal management problems within the club. He's also disappointed that the club appears to have pulled out of the Dzeko race despite him being what we need desperately.

I can understand his feelings though, as I think he's got great ideas as to how he wants the team to play which is a modernized version of Tele Santana's system. With what he's got I think he's done excellent and Berlu's done nothing to help him. On top of that it looks like if he stays he'll be stuck with essentially the same as he's had this season. He's been linked to the Brazil job for the 2014 world cup, which is being held in Brazil (quite frankly that must be his dream job).

I think if yepes only play's to give guy's a rest then fine , but it seem hautingly similar to what Milan does. An Irish tv pundit reasonly said that whats happening at Milan is sad , that all the old players kept on after they are past their prime is not what Milan was about . That the signing of a 34 year old Beckham having Inzaghi playing at 36 , Kala , Janku , Rino , Ambro , Zambr , Janku ,Oddo , Kala (so bad I counted him twice) Dida to a lessor extent as he is a goalkeeper even Borriello , Bonera , Abate having big roles is not something you associate AC Milan with.
And that money is a huge factor , they don't get full houses for all games unlike other leagues there is no huge TV money. And while Milan still make lots of money a huge portion goes on massive wages for older players that do not even play.

I think he is right while Bonera , Abate , Borri , Hunter and Onyewu are capable players (i think Abate could be really good and Hunter is a confidence thing he is a better player than Borri or Pippo now) they are guys that would be better starting 10 - 15 games and giving guy's a rest sub appearances. This would work if we had a quality player in every position and 2 or 3 really top top players , you don't need 11 game changers in your team or in your squad. You need 3 or 4 game changers in a squad and a competitive strong team around them , also we need speed even some of our younger players are slow that is a big big problem for us , only Pato , Antonini , Silva , Flamini and Abate look like they can run nonstop at the same level.

Berlu can say what he wants but HIS lack of investment and agreeing to give 4 , 5 million contracts to guy's 30 and over is bad management . I hate how he alway's say's Im not the president Im just like the fan's except I pay for it all and every defeat hurt's me badly too.
Well if he is just like us then he know's what Milan need's and he is the one "fan" that can do something about it...When he say's thing's like I PAY FOR IT ALL it just comes across like Im more of a fan than the fan's and Im the only one can really be hurt by a defeat. Its his money and Milan is Milan , but without us the fan's there would be NO Milan...

I absolutely LOVE the way Leonardo is handling his job as the coach here this season. Not only did he manage to form a winning team, but he also showed the club directors that he is no push over. Unlike Ancelotti, Leonardo is not going to sit there and take the blame for Berlusconi or Galliani. When he is being treated unfairly, he will respond. If the Goal.com article is true, then we can truly see how brilliant Leonardo is as not only a coach but a director as well. The five dimensions he mentioned have been incredibly problematic for us over the years and needs drastic changes to ensure the team's future success.

By standing firm to his requests, Leonardo puts Berlusconi and Galliani in an awkward situation: they have no excuse to fire Leonardo because the team is playing well and the fans love him. The decision for B&G is, do we give Leo what he demands or let him go? If Leonardo does end up leaving, everyone would know that it is because B&G refused to give him what he needs to build the team. B&G will therefore lose the previllage of pretending to have a plan in place to build a strong team. This tactic is absolutely brilliant!

As far as Leonardo taking the Brazillian national team's job, I say good for him. Let's face it, Milan is in the toilet. It has been and will remain there for the foreseable future. Leonardo's talent deserves a bigger and better stage to shine, not some second rated pretending to be club like this AC Milan. Being able to work with all the talent on that NT is going to allow Leonardo to fully unleash his talent as a coach. I would hate to see him go, but I would certainly understand if he does choose the Brazillian NT coach job.

if Milan is here today at second place, its all thanks to Leonardo.otherwise,we would be a mid table team with Berlusconi's investments and Galliani's inventions.

They have problems with Leo,Berlu doesnt even have a face to say it,if he signed someone who can improve the quality,he would have right to say something.such as ''i signed 4 world class players and still you cant pass United'' for instance, but yet now,he cant say antything.if you know better, sack Leo and manage the team your own.

Berlu knows how to play with words, you didnt sign anyone and players are getting injured for always and expect Leo to win scudetto vs a inter side who have many world class players.you still continue to sign Yepes's.we signed Yepes ok.what changed?we have signed a world class or doesnt care about beign world class, useful and solid defender with quality,he is a defender who we can really on when Nesta is out? No.What the meaning adding one more defender to squad?signing one more bench player, signing one more Kaladze, signing one more Onyewu doesnt mean anyhing to me.its better not to sign anyone and promote Albertazzi or Ely to first team.it was better.2 year contract and 2 million euros.its waste of 2 m euros. Thanks to Galliani.SOB Galliani.

Huntelaar,Abate,Borri,Bonera,Onyewu all are normal players, they will never be a world class or quality player.i dont see any quality in them, you just should have these players as reserves, but first you have 14-15 quality players for scudetto...

Who's quality?

Pirlo
Ronaldinho(in CL,he still a big question mark to me)
Silva
Nesta
Pato
Seedorf(consider him as half player)
Flamini

6.5 quality players.

The rest are normal players and inferior players to other big team's players.

They renewed Gattuso who is useless in 4-3-3,forced Leo to play him in first 11.
Just signed Yepes, another normal and useless defender who is 34.
Milan signed 3 players to replace Pato in january, who replaced Pato? Why we pay the price of his absence? Why do we still miss Pato, cant win without him?we signed 3 players to replace him.

yeah i know its goal.com but why not!?

Quote:
Mario Balotelli is is set to ask Inter for a transfer via his agent Mino Raiola as the unrest between player and club continues.

La Stampa reports Balotelli and his agent have had enough of being excluded by Jose Mourinho, and they feel that a working relationship at the club is non-existent.

Balotelli has been frozen out of the squad for the fifth consecutive time, and talks to patch up his relationship with the coach failed on Friday.

Mourinho has receieved backing from the club for the stance he has taken with Balotelli and reports suggest he will continue to be excluded unless he repents.

Raiola has already expressed a disagreement with the club's approach, and the feeling among local media in Milan is that he will ask Inter for his client to be put on the transfer market.

This is likely to attract attention from Milan. Balotelli has often been linked with a move there. Rossoneri club president said earlier this week that Balotelli was a Milan-type player after the striker was seen wearing the club's famous jersey.
