I really hope is allowed to undo B&G's work of the last few years by getting rid of the trash in the squad.

Players like Paloschi, Astori, Diniz out on loan cab good squad players, along with a primavera players.

Unfortunately considering our first probable summer signing in a 34 year old I don't see things changing next season, with more average players replacing the ones we displace, wasting more money.

Borriello played just 6 games before he got injured, Gattuso 11, Nesta was all out, Huntelaar wasn't there, Ronaldinho was pathetic... And for God's sake, he was first in the table with Maldini - Kaladze defensive partnership! We all see how Leo is doing with T. Silva and Favalli in defense...

Edit: Carleto was third in the end, not fifth, with 74 points, Leonardo is 63 now, with 6 games to go. Don't think he can't end up lower than 74 in the end.

I can't stand that season (07/08) as we were the reigning CL Champion. However:
- Kaka was exhausted.
- Pato was introduced in second half of season, promising but still too young and not injury free.
- Our biggest hope, Ronaldo injured. Gila was impotent. Only spring Pippo was not enough.
- We found out that Dida & Kala were disaster.
- Our first team RB, Oddo couldn't cross and our first team LB, Janku injured most of the time. Cafu & Serginho spent their last season, old age made them slow and couldn help much.
- Gourcuff failed to perform under Carlo.
- The rest were so so.

Milan had only 2 things to be happy: the promising Pato & Paloschi.

I just saw the wolfsburg- Hoffenheim match and Dzeko really looked the part. Two goals and one assist. He was strong in the air, his movement (though he seems to love drifting out left) and touch were quality, and he really provided an outlet for the team, especially on the counter. His passes, at times, were stray bt overall, i think he'll be a quality addition to the side.

You're right, we already have Hunter, but our mids must be strengthened if we want to use him efficently.

This midfield has little mobility, so CF must do many addition tasks. Therefore we need Borri for current situation.

He drifts to the left because that's the way Wolfsburg plays, both strikers are drifting to the side occasionally. And, yes he's two-footed. I can tell you anything you want to know about Dzeko if you're interested...

HUNTIIIIII he is Classs dont forget him

Something tells me that Milan will only make one big money signing this summer, to appease the fans. Even then it wont be more than 12-15m. The only way someone like Dzeko will come, is if we make an exchenge for Hunter.

For the other areas, I only expect slight improvements and these will only happen if money from other areas is freed up. The list below (not sure how accurate it is) shows we wont be saving that much at the end of the season.

Also, I would prefer to save money from Mancini and Beckham salaries if it means the transfer pot is increased.

Thank you. During the match, the commentator said something about Dzeko being the top shooter in Bundesliga with 134 shots. That means he gets into good positions often, but he's scored 'only' 18 league goals! does this mean he's a wasteful striker?

Dzeko may be good bt he's certainly not worth 40m, Just look one of the most prolific striker in europe, David Villa price, Valencia asking 40m for her.............

For you who saw Inter- CSKA, how did Krasic and Dzagoev do? Dzagoev is a specially interesting player, a classic traquartista that modern football lacks ( we had Ricky but decided we dont need him ).

What b&g fail to understand is that buying more strikers wont solve our problems - if we have the likes of Boriello,hunter AND pato up front and they can't score, what's the real problem? Obviously the midfield or the wings because most opportunities that boriello nd huntelaar get, they score. If you watch milan games every week you'll notice we dont get many opportunities on goal.. when pato was here he usually created some attacks on his own but boriello and huntelaar are more inzaghi type players, there based on scoring on crosses and passing, if not they both have decent shots on goal.. I think the main problem is the midfield. WE have no pace in the midfield it moves so slowly, and our defence with the likes of favalli slows it down even more.. when we played lazio i noticed every time favalli got the ball play slowed down .. we couldve had numerous counter attacks and potential goals just from stupid little things like that.. anyways I suggest a faster younger centre backk like silva, another forward if even neccesary and i'd highly suggest Villa or a big name forward because is till dont agree on dzekos 40m asking price, hes played for wolfsburg this entire time he's been getting these glory talks and being the big deal of football nowadays, we don't know how he'll do at milan. Don't forget the amount of strikers like that we pulled in and were completely useless.. anyways this transfer market - Hernanes,david silva and id love for milan to buy chiellini.. ontop of those three a striker would be good too xD bottom line - they have to spend money
