it might not be over yet as the window comes to a close, Betis might soften up in their demands but by that time we would have probably aimed at someone else already.
Anyway, from wha I remember reading, it was only Braida who was dealing with Betis, so I am guessing we haven't been wasting time but sonding other fields as well.

[quote=Hasan Rossonero]Oliveira's agent said on Radio Marca just now that Milan and Betis could not agree terms.

Why am i not surprised? We can never agree terms? IS the management bargain hunting or something?

It says Lion made a more substantial offer than Milan now. So we're losing Vogel and get nothing in return? You got to be kidding me.

Its ays that Milan has made an offer of 15mil + Vogel for Oliveira but at the same time rumours from L'Equipe are saying that Lyon also seems to be interested in the player and have supposedly tabled a substantial offer for the player, given that they got 26 mil from the Diarra-to-Real transfer and will be willing to use at least part of that money.
In the end, however, it says that rumours from inside Betis claim that Vogel's arrival is almost a fact ... which, would not make much sense unless Oliveira is headed in the opposite direction.

With all that money burning a hole in Lyon's pocket, maybe they want to buy Simic for 20 million euros and throw in Reveillere & Juninho for free ?

well, they would be taking us for a ride with this one but given how "stupid" the board is, I wouldn't be surprised to see Galliani actually consider that offer
