I love KAKA and I would love for him to stay at Milan for the remainder of his career but it looks like that he plans one day to play for Real. Which is fine but I do not want the Milan to be left with nothing. My thought on selling him next summer is that we have a lot of games to play this year and the face that he could become more valuable by next summer. He would still have plenty of years on his contract and real are not going to want to wait till 2012. If he wins the 'Ballon d Or' and we win two of the many tournaments we are in then Real maybe willing to pay 100 million. With that we can go ahead and get a lot of younger stars(not meaning younger then Kaka).

The thing is if we were Juve, we would have probably sold Kaka, not because Juve are poor, but because they have a different philosophy. Berlusconi, however, doesn't need the money, and IMO that's what it comes down to. If we didn't have Berlu at the helm, then maybe Milan would have sold Kaka.

If I were Milan, I would not sell Kaka until 2011. By then he would be 29, and then they could tie him down until retirement. In my opinion, that's their plan.

Finally, if we are to sell Kaka to Real this summer (not likely) then it would probably only happen if we had a suitable replacement in place...and that can only mean Ronaldinho (profile, skill etc.). So if it were to happen, it would happen very early or if the Ronaldinho deal is in place. But IMO, Berlu wants to see Kaka, Dinho and Ronaldo together.

The other thing is after all what has happened between that repellent scum of the earth Calderon and Milan, I really think that Milan wouldn't sell Kaka to them. They would not want to give him the satisfaction.

To be honest it will be a mammoth of a task to prize away Kaka away from Milan, as Hasan has already stated Milan are not a poor club they have the richest man in Italy backing them, a man who lets just say doesnt need money. I think the whole of Milan learned a lesson last summer when Sheva left and Galliani was the first to say that no player would leave Milan even if they wanted to leave. When you think about it who was the player that was linked with a move away from Milan after Sheva? Yes, you got it it was Kaka to Real.

I cant see Milan accepting any amount of cash for Kaka, not now not ever (well maybe when Kaka is over 30 and more replacements are in place). I dont think he will leave, especially the way he talks about his wife and how happy she is in Milan, this is no Shevchenko where the wife plays a major role in the player moving. I know Kaka admires Real but that is all this does not make him available for Real to make an offer. Milan will reject any offer they will give, trust me on that. When you look at what Ancelotti had to say a few weeks after winning the CL, he said something on the lines of 'the only player who is guaranteed to start is Kaka'. Now to me that clearly states Kaka is the heart of Milan, would Milan be that stupid to let the heartbeat of Milan go & dissatisfy the coach? Im sure he knows when leaving Milan he could end up like Sheva, a legend turned into one of the biggest flops of recent years.

I can't believe more isn't being done about 'AS' photoshopping/manipulating an image to make it appear that Kaka was going to sign for them. This is just ridiculous. They need to be sued and taken down a peg or ten! Bunch of ****ers

I did not really put into perspective the hate for Calderon right now and that because Berlusconi is wealthy enough he can keep a player like Kaka.

Here is one question I had seen people talk about the amount of money a club makes from winning the Champions League. So if we are not going out and buying players why do they not offer Kaka and some of the others bigger contracts?

The rumour is that Kaka will be offered an improved contract. The rest of the players just signed. I think their contracts stipulate bonus payments (conditioned on progress).

I think that even Juve wouldn't have sold Kaka.
Juve under Moggi did have the reputation of a Star sellor, but if you think about it, Juve was selling the stars only when they didn't have any more space for improvement. Baggio was sold at 28, Zidane at 29, Inzaghi at 28, Vialli at 31 etc.
Kaka is only 25 and i don't think Juve would have sold him at this age. It goes without saying that Milan, a team that keeps their stars even when they stop performing, wouldn't even think about selling him !

etoo and Dinho want to remain at Barca and Barca doesn't want to sell them.
What more can Silvio or Galliani do, they obviously tried but just like we don't let Kaka go to Real M, in the same way Barca cvan say "NO" to us for those two.

As for Henry, I guess he was never a real target for us - my guess is Galliani and Carlo aren't big fans of his, whether it's his price and age or simply don't like him as a player, it's not clear but Carlo wasn't particularly extatic about Henry being linked with Milan.
