If Ronaldinho would ever leave Barcelona he would leave for a club playing in the CL. Milan's chances of playing CL next season are decreasing for each Serie A game we play...

So forget Ronaldinho!

Maybe that's a blessing in disguise..we may actually pay attention to more important areas of the pitch that need reinforcement.

With the outstanding young players emerging, we dont need to pay foolish sums of money on Ronnie. We can take chances on players like Kaka and Gourcuff. I hope more follow. A striker and a fullback would be nice.

Again Galliani has denied the possibility of the purchase of Ronaldinho. Hopefully we won't be getting him as it'd almost empty the Milan transfer banks which is hardly active these days and the management might opt for cheap reinforcements for the team as a whole. Purchasing of Ronaldinho will not only affect the coming transfer campaign but also the ones after until the management thinks the club has recovered its investement. Well sure that's just simplistic view of things but I see the negatives of getting Ronnie outweighs the positives by far.

Like K77SH C has stated we need to rely on Kaka, Pirlo being the anchors in Midfield along with Gourcuff for the future. Get reinforcements in the defensive department which I consider a must if possible at January. And next summer a planned and organized campaign for a solid striker like Torres, Villa or Cassano or Toni provided we get a good midfielder for Seedorf's role. All of this would easily be possible with Ronnie's transfer money i.e min. of 4-6 players including 2 high profile ones. Being realistic I consider this a far better investement and I'm sure many of you would agree with this.

Btw Tevez is hardly getting a decent chance at West Ham and from the few minutes of what I have seen of him he is still to adapt to life @ premiership. This might force West Ham to offload him cheaply and leave a possibility of snapping him at Jan. If a decent bargain I don't see a reason why Milan should back down.

If I understood correctly, correct me if I'm wrong, Tevez and Masherano are not propriety of WHU but of some mega-corporation owned by a business partner of Chelsea owner Abramovic? If that is the case it's unlikely we'll see them at Milan.

Warro Bantan will become famous soon enough
They belong to MSI, a company that has links to Abramovitch, but is fronted by the guy trying to buy West Ham...Joorachim or something like that....

No, those guys wont be coming to us I dont think..no big club would want them, under the MSI arrangement..where the club doesnt have outright ownership...

Thanks for the fact Warro. So does that mean they will be playing for Chelsea soon caz I don't think an ambitious player like Tevez would stick around with West Ham for too long.

Milan admiration delights ‘Dinho

Barcelona ace Ronaldinho has fuelled talk of a Milan move by admitting he is honoured by the Rossoneri’s interest.

The 2005 European Footballer of the Year has been linked with the club for some time and the Via Turati outfit have not ruled out the idea of making a summer bid for the Brazilian.

“I can only be honoured by the fact that a glorious club like Milan and an important person like Silvio Berlusconi are interested in me,” said Ronaldinho.

“I am pleased, but for now I am a Barcelona player and I want to only think about Barcelona.”

The player’s brother and agent Roberto Assis agrees with his client, although a meeting is allegedly scheduled in Madrid with a Milan official on Friday.

“The relationship between Ronaldinho and Barcelona does not seem destined to end,” said Assis, who was thought to be trying to get his brother a new Nou Camp contract.

“We enjoy it here and if we haven’t spoken to the club it’s because we do not think there is any need.

“At the time being I do not see any reason to not continue with Barcelona, but I do not have a crystal ball and cannot predict the future.

“I have an excellent relationship with Milan,” added the representative.

Assis also noted that he soon intends to travel to Milan and offer his support to Ricardo Oliveira, another of his clients, who is anxiously awaiting news about his kidnapped sister.

“Ricardo is going through a difficult time, which has nothing to do with football at all,” he continued.

“I am sure that he will prove his true value when he recovers his best condition. Now we can only hope that his personal problems get solved.”

Could it be possible that they will sack Ancelotti at the end of the season anyway despite what happens and try and get roni and rijkaard as the replacement manager?

Winning the CL doesn't automatically qualify us for next years CL, isn't it so? I know that was the rule before, but didn't Liverpool struggle to qualify the year after "the nightmare in Istanbul"? Not completely sure though...
