Official: Yoann Gourcuff PERMANENT TRANSFER to Bordeaux

Now I see some are talking how Kaka' entered first 11 on ihs first day in Milan. Do not compare kaka' to gourcuff. Kaka' was the best player in brasilian league and a player like that omes once in 10 years. He was instantly ready to be the main point of our midfield. There was no need to work on Kaka', he just grew naturally. Pato is that kind of a player, he came to Milan and did brilliantly with his 9 goals in 15 games in his first half-season. And Kaka's Milan was MUCH strnger and more balanced then Pato's.

Gourcuff is a player you need to know how to work with, obviously you cant just put him in and let him play. As much as its not nice to asy but - he is not as good as Kaka'. Who is? Maybe yuong Dinho and young Del Piero...

When you people alk about Yoan's playing time, forget the numbers and that crap. Look at the way he was played, the circumstances he was put in, when he was subber, how that affecter his cinfidence etc. He was never threated fair and never got a real chance in Milan. Now he has it and he plays well. Its simple. Young guysneed time and confidence, something that, for example, Giovince is not ghetting now with Ranieri, aldough he deserves it.

Gourcuff has a great potential, great body build great vision, powerful shooting ... etc. but do you guys actually know why he was benched? Gourcuff does not listen. Anchelotti said it more once that Gourcuff doesnot stick to the instructions given by the coach, he doesnot pass when he is supposed, vice versa. do you guys actually watch bordeux games before saying anything about gourcuff. do you think 9 milan players will wait for gourcuff to get done with dribbling and rotating the ball, so they can build up. gourcuff just needs to play direct football and stick to the plan.

2nd anchelotti played gourcuff we he cant play. this guy ain't good to play as a defensive midfielder. and when u play kaka as defensive midfielder he is gonna fail and loose confidence .

most of you are mistaken with something - kaka did not walk into the starting eleven. The first game of that season was vs Ancona and we won 1-0..kaka was introduced for the last 10 minutes.. he also did not start the 2nd, 3rd, and maybe fourth game... It took him about a month to finally be a starter.

and about Gourcuff, yea he was given his chances but he kept ignoring his orders from Carlo.. maybe Carlo kept forcing him to do defensive duties and kept playing him wrong - that could be a reason why Gourcuff failed to shine. One thing is for certain though - Carlo is not a coach that knows how to groom youngsters. Yoann should come back but in a different position, not that defensive left midfield position Carlo kept putting him in.

By "walking in" fiorst 11 we ment that kaka' needed abnormally small period of time to become crucial part of a great team like Milan. I remember watching those first few games and thinking how good it would be if Milan can play 12 players so just that both Rui and Kaka' can play.

NEvermind. Gourcuff "dissobaied" orders, its possible. You say ( not you hitmann ) that Yoan needs to play direct and fast passing? Like Seedorf, Pirlo? Gourcuff is not that kind of a player, he needs confidence to develop his game.

When Ronaldinho arrived in Milan everyone talked about Seedorf's position, but the player that is unneeded now in Pirlo, not Seedorf.

ONLY place where Yoan can play first 11 in Milan is CM, in front of Flamini and Gattuso next year. With Pirlo in our team we are unable to cover up the space and players like gourcuff, seedorf are unable to play CM but more defensive, which hurts their game.

unless the back 4 is Cafu--Nesta-Billy-Maldini- then you can play with 4 out of 5 creative midfielders.

The problem with Gourcuff was when he was injured (a couple of months after he joined Milan). Since that tim he couldn't gain the performance like before the injury. In my opinion this happened because Gourcuff was very young and unexperienced. He didn't have yet the mentality to play in a big team with continiunity or consistency.

If he hadn't had the injury, he could have had much better journey with Milan. If he comes to Milan and does the same again, he won't get the starting spot. Just let Gourcuff play another season in France or Serie A with mediocre team or just sell him while his price is high (good for Gourcuff and Milan).

You're quite right. The nature of Gourcuff's playing time was terrible.
Also, playmakers/creative midfielders need time to settle down and grasp the playing style of a club like Milan which doesn't have a straightforward 4-4-2 in which the player can step in and settle down with a clear cut role in the midfield.

Did I miss something...where and when did Gourcuff disobey orders...?

That is true. But if I'm not mistaken.. Kaka did have a nice debut in Europe. And at that time he was stolen many attentions by also being a part of team who was crushing Deportivo La Coruna 4-1 at San Siro (though at the end I almost couldnt breathe when at 2nd leg they were destroyed us like peanut Darn Luque and co ). Perfect performance, nice skill and scored 2 goals ^^ I remember Kaka's mentality was not shocking after Deportivo scored the 1st goal from Pandiani. Instead of getting frustration like usually young guns has he equalised the score and added many chances to score at that time and closed by great combination to attack together with Cafu and produced another goal. Who doesnt impress with such that performance ? Even if Ancelotti has another scenario with Rui Costa on his hand but Kaka's first debut was absolutely GOLD . Ancelotti of course couldnt abandon such as golden performance. In other hand Gourcuff came to the club with a label talented player, next Zidane or whatever which was put many preasures on his shoulder. And the way that he handled the situation is just showing how much his values. I think he had his chances at Milan but in a big club such Milan we cant wasting many times to try a new rookie, that will cost us much. So the new rookie is expected to adapted with the team. So if he has another way to get success in other club I think better for us if we release him ^^

No Gourcuff is not a striker....WHAT THE HELL DOES IT MATTER ANYWAY?

Galliani says: " he'll have to fight his place in the team with Seedorf, Emerson, Ambrosini, Flamini..." And we expect Yoan to come back after such words from a man who put a clause on his loan deal ( which means he did not had a needed confidence in him!).

Carlo and Galliani lied to him and his father numerous times and he never got a chance. As long as we have this coach I can garantee you 99% that Yoan will not come back to Milan.

Bordoux will pay 15mln and sell him for 30 to MAdrid or something. Its a good job for them. And Galliani messed another contract and another player. After Gilardino. Beecouse of a coach and becouse of a "family atmosphere" - translated " only friends can play first 11".

come on Yoan! Show those monkeys you can play like you do now and somehow miraculously return to Milan... ( aldough this is nothing more then wish, it will not happen, he is not crazy).
