Your missing the point, we don't have all of that 100 million from Adidas. We'll get 15/20 million each season over 5 seasons or however long the contract is. I'm also sure the Shevchenko money has gone by now, spent on wages & contracts.

I'm not saying we're in debt, but i'd be very surprised if the club has 100 million to spare on just transfers. Like i said before, most of it will come from Berlusconi.

I remember Berlusconi saying "100 Millions ready for Ronaldinho" ... ?!
Instead of Ronaldinho, with that amount of money, we can refresh entirely our team !!

Yes but they also get money for TV rights and Milan is the most televised club in Italy and also the club gets money from ticket sales where Milan is again first in Italy and probably Europe not to mention Silvio is one of the richest man in Europe and every trust fond would give Milan a loan because thay know he is good for it

The thing we have to do this summer is cut the fat from our wage bill, our key players are Nesta, Pirlo, Gattuso, Kaka and now Pato. The side has to be built arround them, and have good enough back ups and alternatives so we can compete. Whats the point of paying Ronaldo and Dida 4 mill a season just to sit on the bench.

Yes he did say that GeoTav, but as Ronaldinho has always been Berlusconi's dream it's not too much of an assumption to think it's his money he's using rather than the club's money. If Ronaldinho isn't available, he might only decide to use half of it because he can't get his dream player. Who really knows?

Andreja, you should see the thread about the annual revenue list. Milan made a revenue of £153 million last season (that's everything, ticket sales, merchandise, tv deals, etc, all except money from players sold) and a few seasons ago we only made around £4 million profit! So yes, you are right to say we make quite a bit of money, but we also spend alot of it on wages and costs. I don't think we have as much as you like to think, that's all i'm saying.

I just read Galliani's reaction ... not very encouraging for next year !!
He just said that this year, our objective was the World Cup so our objective is ok.
He also says that it's a good year because we won 2 trophies: so World Cup and European Supercup !! It's the 2 worst trophies we can get (one is only 1 match, the other is only 2 matches) ...

Then he finishes by saying there will be few changes in the team but no big changes ...

Oh and I agree with Graeme, why paying so much guys like Ronaldo (that Berlusconi said he hoped he would remain) or Dida ?!

That is just media rubish he cant say were going tosack the coach sell half the team and cut wages in middle of a season or we could end up like Valencia. The teams primary objective is to qualify for CL next season and he cant dissrupt the curent team buy saying all the bad stuff he leaves that for summer period

In all honesty i think Ronaldo shouldn't accept any wages until he's better ... just like Redondo did. Would be a nice show of respect for the club.

Andreja, after such a deserved defeat (argh, difficult to say that !!), he could have just said "we lost, they deserved the win, let's go for the 4th place" and not all the **** he said ?!

You forget Ronaldo`s medical bill is being paid by Milan and this isn`t the first injury and operation since he came from Real but still I love Milan for giving legends like him CAfu Serghinho Favali etc. a chance to play for a great club like Milan until end of carier not like Inter Real and Barca

Ok but being "nice" with some of these guys because they gave us a lot in the past (or gave a lot in football like Ronaldo) musn't be a reason not to buy new players ... if it is, then let's stop to be nice just one year and let's buy fresh players !!
