everyone whos against the robinho transfer has to keep in mind everything he just said^ he can cover for any of our strikers and i wouldnt even be suprised if he did a good job in midfield, that wont happen though. honestly guys our defense is good for this year. we have next mercato to worry about our defense. atm we have bonera whos looking prety solida nesta and silva always solid, milan knowing nesta is prety injury prone either one gets injured we have yepes to cover, if our lb or rb get injured we have papa there. tbh if maxwell and robinho transfers go through and we get rid of hunter and borriello we can actually say we have a complete squad and start talking about cl final and wining the scudetto and go back to the olden days where we'd fool around with inter ![]() and i think amelia deserves a shot at playing our main gk after his impressive debut in the trofeo tim he made some beautiful saves Last edited by MilanMikey; 29-08-2010 at 23:16. |

yeah i know i love it especially when berlus going crazy on the transfer market. question, where did we get all this money from:S a month ago we couldnt afford fabiano for like 15m or somthing lol?
also, just saying ganso of santos would be the perfect player to buy for our midfield :O everyone stoped talking about him. he said he wouldnt join manchester city and he would only join us,barca, realmadrid why not give it a shot? 20 is a good age he can start playing right away and hes still very young by the time we need to replace r10 hell probly be a star |

Now that you mention Giovinco....did anyone see Parma's game today?? I only saw some extended highlights and it seemed like Giovinco had a great debut and was at the center of most of Parma's attacks. I would love to see him in Milan in a year or two.
About Juve, they will improve and win games and probably be mixed up somewhere around the top. But they were miserable today. Not only did they lose, but they were dominated at times and could barely create something offensively. To me, they look too "mechanical". Meaning that there is no creativity and just hard work. They have plenty of work-horse players that are without a doubt always useful to a team, but where is the creativity going to come from?? I can't believe they gave Giovinco away and sold Diego only to rely on Krasic and Pepe to give them some spark. Both are good players and work tirelessly up and down the flank, but Diego has more creativity in his pinky then these two players put together. And that's exactly what they were lacking today, creativity. Someone to just take the ball off of the defenders' legs and simply make scoring opportunities. Who knows, maybe things will change for them a little bit with Aquilani. About Robinho, I too am split like some people here. He would without a doubt be another giant signing. Raising the confidence, enthusiasm and quality through the roof. He'll be able to play in any position in our attacking scheme and then we will without a doubt have the best attack in Europe. However, another part of my head says if we actually do have some cash available then it might be smarter to spend it on other parts of the squad that may be more needed at this time. Like a CM/ACM (i don't trust Seedorf and I don't think he'll continue like he did today until May) or a full-back. I can't help but praise Antonini for what he's shown over the last year or so. And he proved again yesterday that he is for real. Our left flank is very dangerous with him there. Now just imagine if we could do the same on the right. Have a flying wing-back tirelessly running up and down overlapping Pato and getting into dangerous positions. Anyhow, I guess will find out what's going to happen probably tomorrow. Also, we should soon be hearing news on the proposed departures (Huntelaar, Kaladze) as well which should tell us a little bit of what the club is planning to do. If Boriello goes as well, then I think we will definitely go for Robinho. Good part is the wait wont be long as there are only 48 hours left in the market. @MilanMikey....Ganso would be an immediate star IMO. The only problem right now is that he's out for 6 months with a knee injury. So I think clubs will hesitate to go after him for the time being. Which by the way should be be a great opportunity for Milan to do something with him. Maybe not sign him, but show interest to him. That way we show the player that despite the injury the club still holds him in high regard and is interested. It would work well with the player for future negotiations.

@nefremo great post, id rather just borriello leave and robinho comes in, kaladze and janku out maxwell in. that would be an amazing mercato tbh.. and ur completely right on the ganso situation, hes already said he'd only join ac milan real madrid or barca, if we showed interest in him now he'd give us much more respect and choose us over both if the wages/price to land him is considerable on both parts.. thats always been the problem, every player wants to come to acm ive never heard of a player who said no to the possibility of playing for us.. ALSO isnt our relationship with parma pretty good? im pretty sure we loaned them a coupel players here and their and we bought gila off them for a good price im sure that money helped.. maybe giovinco is a possibility in the next few years who knows.. but tbh in attack IF we do get robinho we have the best attack in europe no questions asked. also noone replied to my post on that guy coates, hes a very promising cb apparently any facts to that? and the article was posted today that we're going to get him by the end of the transfer market which is in 48 hours.

With how Ronaldinho playing now, Milan should keep him. He is not the player we know before: lazy, ineffective (only very effective in 1 moment for thousand of actions), put pressure to the team when he lost the ball. I start liking new Ronaldinho now.
![]() Great stuff from Allegri that he can accommodate what Milan have and what Milan need to do. Ronaldinho still can play as left wing forward with in the same time Pato playing as second striker! Allegri also make new players fro two most players I hate (the behaviour on the pitch) Ronaldinho and Seedorf. Now Gattuso seemed also got influenced from Allegri. About Robinho, Aficio already said it all. If Robinho comes, no need to worry since he won't be a normal substituter but special one who can have ton of games since the chance to play is extremely big! |

ok so i was just doing some research.. QUARESMA. he was sold to a club called Beşiktaş for 7.5m, surely hes worth more then that and hes still young and SURELY he shouldnt be playing for such a small club.. we should take advantage of him next year, offer him 10m, small club theyll take it right away and wel try to find his top form again

I am a huge fan for Portuguese wingers, but good god not Quaresma! This guy has been a flop anywhere outside of Portugal, which is why his price tag was so low. In his still young career, he has failed to make any kind of impact for Barcelona, Inter and Chelsea! He has proven to be unable to handle the big leagues. Furthermore, Besiktas is not a small club, they are one of the biggest clubs in Turkey. And in the last couple of years, Turkey clubs has been spending a lot of money to beef up their league. Besiktas probably would be in the top 6 or 7 in Serie A right now, so forget about taking a player away from them for a measley 3 million euro profit. |

really? never really looked into turkish league thats why but what you said makes sence 3mil is nothing if they are a good club.. thats like us trying to get him from fiorentina it wouldnt be as easy as i thought.. well scrap that i guess. i dont know, ive always been a fan of quaresma because of his days in portugal he reminded me of c.ronaldo with less pace i love players that run down the wings and take on 2-3 players hence why maicon is in my top 10 favorite players in modern day football.. i love that style of play.so quick and affective.. antonini is really starting to impress
him and r10 make a lethal combo imagine when ibra comes in.. i was just looking back at last year. all we lacked was finishing, with pato in good form and ibra their i think we already could compete for trophies. if we sign 1 more big name and a good midfielder or fullback bye bye inter |
