as for kaka, i think we have to admit that this season he has been poor overall, last season he was amazing but this season he has made very uestionable decisions and he losses alot of balls when they would have been considered very easy last year, we would have men running everywhere and he just gets tackled with ease, do not understand how some people say he is better than ronaldinho... i love kaka i swear but ronaldinho is much better. i hope kaka finds his form though maybe this goal will boost his confidence, we could need some of his shots from outside the box.

Ronaldinio went through bad periods at his age too when at PSG. The difference between last season and this one is Kaka is going through a learning period. You can see his is trying to play a more passing game, but its just not coming off right. When he gets his confidence back after a string of good games it will all click and we will all be amazed again. I just pray it happens pretty soon, if we are to win teh CL this season.

i didn't watch the match, but i'm very sure that it was a good game. good job kaka. if crespo scored in that match, how is he going to express his enjoyment? what a naughty man.

I never worry about Inter. Except for a couple of fluke occurances, there has been no need to. I'm not gonna start now.

It was a pretty even game from all accounts (saw the highlights, read the posts, and several articles) and one which we were admittedly luck to win.

However I think that when Lady Luck smiles your way, you have to take full advantage of it, and Kaka was in the right place and the right time, and did just enough to redirect the ball into the back of the net for the single, and winning goal.

Inter´s team is full of talented individuals, who will be a force to recon with next season, if the unit stays together, but that is then, this is now, and we have won the derby, a must win game for us, as Juve had won earlier in the day.

This current Milan squad is really something special, from our aging but still sprightly Billy, to our young Brazilian sensation, who, though he from all reports didnt have a wonderful match, yet decided the fixture.

Juve will look at this match, and crumble mentally...Don Capello will have it all to do to psyche them up for our game against them.

Who says we played bad?! Not at all! It was a hard faught match, with Inter very willing to win and in good shape and with the ours at the limit of their physical resilience. That we did not play brilliantly does not mean that we "played bad". Last night, Inter would have won comfortably if we had "played bad". To say nothing that it was more difficult than at Old Trafford!... They all did the best they could: starting with the very reliable Dida, then the immortal Billy, even Rui Costa, who must have lost some weight, and last, but not least Crespo, always there to sting Inter!
Or maybe Kaka "played bad", as he was in the right place, at the right moment...
A last word for Emre: Thank-you, man, nice guy, dependable! Had you known more of this complicated stuff named football, we might have laid an eye on you. But, never mind! For the much you know, Inter is exactly the right team! Too long since they had not lost, isn't it?!

i just watched the game now because i was at work while the game was on. I was singing "ale ale ale forza milan" on the way home from work. it was a terrible, long and sad day. i came home, settled down to watch the game and when kaka scored, i just leapt out and punched the air as hard as i could! Millan always come through for me on the worst times of my life beating inter really made my day. thank you God! thank you kaka! thank you milan!

Guys I'm really happy. We did nothing to win BUT WE WON, plus that from a lucky goal. I'm so happy. Winning like this vs our s**t cousins is really good for our health, this win was better than the 6-0 victory

I don't think anyone would question that kaka had a beter season last year but he's hardly been bad this year. did you know he leads the assist tables in italy?

a couple of times at old trafford I saw him go for goal when a pass would have been better, I think he's a little frustrated, he wants the goals like last year but he's forcing the issue to much. I have no doubt though that he'll settle in too form either this season or next season.

also I've seen ronaldinho have dry patches. I think Kaka certainly has the abilty to be better than ronaldinho.

i agree with meazza. kaka is forcing the issue too much. kaka should have unleashed cresp a few times but decided to stick with the ball and run on goal on his own trying to score a spectacular. I don't mind if he does the fancy in a game against the teams in the lower half of the table, but to force the issue and attempt goals from hard angles and long range, instead of passing it forward for our strikers to shoot on goal is not so cool but then again, he is kaka and he scored our derby winner. so he can do what the f... he wants heheh.
