1. Sure i find it toally believeable that you have more skill than someone that trains several hours per day. Technically there is nothing wrong with Gattuso, I suppose you are of the incorrect belief that doing flashy things is the same thing as technique. You don't need great ball skills to do flashy things, you don't even need to be a good footballer.

2. It's both drivel.

3. So you are saying they are discouraged about that loss when they should instead want to make up for it, to win what they didn't win. Complacency sets in when you win, not when you lose. Arrogance? What about unluck? It is simple, had Sheva put in his chance then we would praise them like there was no tomorrow, there is a think line between succes and failure. No the correct answer to my question would be that they lost confidence due to it, losing a lead and failing is not good for confidence if anything it is that.

4. Milan have been better in the second half for most of the games I seen the last three years, in some games it have been a big difference.

5. This was denied, but whatever turns you on.

6. he scored many deciding goals coming on as a sub, we got him for free. don't be silly there are many much bigger failures in Milan or does your memory not stretch beyond two seasons?

7. Maybe. the only clear mistake on a goal was Gattuso on Gerrard though. Still, how does that classify Stam as the worst purchase ever? Dugarry? Ayala? Moreno? Davids? I could list many more...

8. IN one match? so we are defensive because we used two defensive midfielders in ONE match, when most teams ALWAYS use two defensiveminded midfielders? And when we usually use just one defensiveminded one? That's just silly.
=======================================================

if u believe there is nothing wrong with gattuso technically, thats your opinion. millions of people watch milan play and i am sure most people disagree.
complacency and arrogance set in when milan led 3-0 in istanbul. i thought when pool scored 1 goal,2 goals, they would wake up, but they didnt! because in their mind, they were already celebrating and refuse to put the effort like in the first half until pool scored 3 goals! whether the claim by pool player was true or not, it does not matter, the fact that pool scored 3 goals in the second half explained it!
stam is logically not the worst purchase, but he looks worse than the others because he failed miserably in the biggest game in club football! nobody cared if moreno failed to score vs venezia in the open goal, but people will remember the CL final!
well..this milan side is built for attacking football..so using 2 defensive midfielders is just silly. our attack is mostly from centre.. it is too predictable. we should have utilised more a winger like serginho. where is that 3 men defence that we practised during pre season? we need a courageous and attacking minded coach not playing safe like ancelotti. if ancelotti keeps his job this long it is mostly the credit to genius like shevchenko and kaka.

1. Even more millions would say it is a weak argument to claim the support of silent people that we don't know the opinion off. Would you also think that they agree on your technique being better than the one of Gattuso?

2. Nothing is for sure and not like you say it. there is a long list of teams that lost leads and if you recollect how the second half began you would realise that we where still in the driving seat and had the first best chance. What we know is that they scored a goal and that goal gave them the confidence they needed, other psychological factors are many.

3. No, it only explained that a team that gets a goal will be confident that they can score more.

4. so basically he is not that bad, you just claim he played bad in the wrong game and that left a impression on you. Well personally I also don't think he was the best of purchases, but far from the worst.

5. We have to change things some days, the fullbacks are supposed to supply wingplay where we control the game by winning the middle.

6. Cafu or Serginho or both? we will win some and lose some depending on our decision in this.

7. IMO, a three man defense can be clearly more defensive than our current setup. Basically you will get one less man that follows up in attack. Of course that is variable depending on what players are used, but Zaccheroni's 3-4-3/3-4-1-2 was not more offensive than out current formation.

8. Like who? Really, it is easy to push blame on a coach or on a player and most posters including you and probably me too put to much on one persons shoulders. Is the bad things due to Stam or Ancelotti? Is the good things due Sheva or Ancelotti? what Ancelotti have done in our team speaks for itself, only Mourinho can beat his record the last three years.

I agree the defense is a problem, it is too old and it's to late to change that until january, even at that I doubt it will be until the summer that we can spend serious money to upgrade. People talk about experience all the time, it's time enthusiasm became the word that people look for, that's what we lack.

The Kaka point is stupid, no one is comparing him with Diego anyway, one of the true signs of his talent is he is actually rarely compared to anyone. He was the reason we beat feherbace and him and Sheva have an understanding that makes our attack one of the most dangerous in the world.

The Gattuso point is only half true aswell, I do think the last two seasons has seen Rino exposed in talent department. We do need someone who can hold the ball and shows more of intelligent approach to winning the ball back. In the Lazio game when we where winning, when he came on he was still useless, we didn't need him, we won the ball by pressuring Lazio and letting pirlo and ambro pick the ball up. In all honesty, as much deterimination as he shows we not only need a better on the ball player but a more thought out approach to winning it back. It's simply not good enough to have 1 player out of 11 responsible for winning the ball back by running around like an idiot for an entire game. My opinion is Gattuso is only of use to less defensively capable side. All that said, Ambro has started far more games this season so it looks as if Carlo has realised this.

thank you meazza!!!
i think it is a losing battle for claiming my skill is better than gattuso because people like kris will prey on that. whether my skill is better or not is not the issue, the issue is gattuso is not good enough for milan first team. it is not good for the team if a player can only do one thing! as for the rest of your comment, kris.. u would adjust it to work in your favour without the facts..u might be right, i might be right.. so we better call off this useless argument.
as far as i am concerned, no big title this season, ancelotti must definitely leave or probably sooner. this is milan, u might tolerate the failure, but i have a high standard.

i agree on the lazio thing but i think ur wrong about gattuso... u got thinks switched IMO... what u said is that he has determination but not the skill to be worthy of a starting place, am i right? ... what i think is behind his poor form is that he no longer has the determination he used to have and when he did he was much more skillfull than he is these days and i can recall a few games where he hardly made anything wrong, for example the away 2-0 win vs chievo 2 years ago, and anyone who thinks that gattuso isnt worthy of a starting spot would officially be a moron! ...

get his determination back and u get that valuable and unique gattuso back with more skill and better tackles plus a pumped up team
