and btw, its also on channel4 that Sheva admitted he might leave, he is assessing his options..
I don't think it is cause of Ancelotti...like I said...we should thank him for all he has done but he is 30...we need younger players anyway.

it was the same when Weah was leaving but see we got another gem in Sheva. And then again someone else will take his place and lead Milan to victories and trophies. It's always like that, problem is that with time you get attached to players like that and it's hard to see them leave thinking that there never will be someone like him again. But life goes on and Sheva's sub could be just around the corner - Dirk kuijt maybe, or why not Gila with the confidence boost of getting used to Milan.

hasan,

its not abt age, its abt how much we worshipped him. if age wud had been the concern we wud had sold billy and maldini (can't even think of it ) too when they were around 30. he was the symbol of our club, he wore the captain's armband. he was a special player.

i just don't know how san siro wud be during the roma game.

Yup...nothing is defined at this point..lets all try to relax (easy for me to say, I live in Jamaica after all, with beaches, herbs (& spices) and all things nice(s)..[that was just for the rhyme ] and watch things develop.

For all I know, it could be an elaborate plot..but I dont think so...

Its still early in this saga for us to make conclusions....

Relax, take a deep breath (inhale whatever you need), exhale after counting to 4, and repeat.

ANDRIY SHEVCHENKO DECLARATIONS
12/05/2006 19:25:20
MILANELLO - Andriy Shevchenko had this to say at the press conference Milanello:

'It's useless to hide the facts. I was with the president and I we spoke about a lot of things. We also spoke about the possibility of changing teams. This is not a decision, we were only talking. I want to be clear, it does not regard my relationship with Milan. There is great affection for the club, the coach and my team-mates. The decision regards my family. I want to say to the fans that they have always been important for me. It is not even for the economic aspect, is absurd for me, it's almost hard work to speak about it. I have been at Milan for seven years, I have to decide well. I am not under pressure to make a decision, I am just talking in these days. There will be another press conference to clear everything up. I ask that rumours don't go around that don't exist, not to twist the facts, there are no problems with the club, the coach and team-mates, there never has been.'

i like your optimism Warro, but i cant help but think that if Sheva really was undecided he wouldnt risk tarnishing his reputation with Milan fans by suggesting he could leave. This press conference looks like an attempt to prepare us for the inevitable

No, I am not, and if you've followed him a bit you would know that. Plus he's still 24 and the best from him is yet to come.

Agreed, but for some reason (I know its not the same circumstances really) this reminds me of Gerrard to Chelsea last year...I guess we will see
