Haha, it's a great thing being such an optimist mate, but you know, it's kinda loosing the magic if we're always such optimists. I prefer to be nervous before the match, think how the opponents are very strong, and feel even happier when we smash them

Here's the squad that's going to Belgrade ...

Source: Channel 4

Milan name Belgrade party Sunday 20 August, 2006

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Milan have named their squad travelling to Belgrade for Tuesday’s Champions League crunch match.

Coach Carlo Ancelotti has called 22 players for the Preliminary Round tie against Red Star at the Marakana Stadium.

Daniele Bonera (pictured) could make his official debut after missing the first leg due to a ban left over from his time with Parma.

Alessandro Nesta and Paolo Maldini remain sidelined with injury, so 40-year-old Billy Costacurta is again expected to captain the side from central defence.

The Rossoneri have a 1-0 lead from the first leg at San Siro thanks to a goal from Pippo Inzaghi, but Red Star are still in with a shout of Champions League qualification.

The referee has also been assigned for this game. Dane Claus Bo Larsen has already officiated Milan twice in his career, a 2-0 UEFA Cup win over CSKA Sofia in October 2001 and last season’s entertaining 2-2 Champions League draw at Schalke 04.

Milan squad:

Gk: Dida (1), Coppola (78), Kalac (16)

D: Bonera (25), Cafu (2), Costacurta (5), Favalli (19), Jankulovski (18), Serginho (27), Simic (17)

M: Ambrosini (23), Brocchi (32), Foggia (83), Gattuso (8), Gourcuff (20), Kakà (22), Pirlo (21), Seedorf (10)

F: Amoroso (37), Borriello (12), Gilardino (11), Inzaghi (9)

It would be very hard game.
Because CZ have good chances to go to group stage and rhey'll do everything they can on the pitch to beat us.
I hope that our players will stay calm....

It's getting really annoying to have to edit all these posts. I'm not even editing, I'm just deleting because there are no posts being made, just insults. Consider this a warning to stop.

I also had to edit some posts that contained quotes of the insults, so don't be surprised if you think I have edited your posts for no reason.

Well, that's how it with me and Ukraine. One of my best friends who I've known for 10 years asked me today if it was by India, or if the Himalayas were in Ukraine Usually people think it's just Russia's little sister

Do you actually carry a map around? Maybe I'll start doing that to show people where Ukraine is when they ask

I guess we will start rather defensively. Probable lineup:

Dida - Cafu, Costacurta, Simic, Serginho - Seedorf, Gattuso, Ambrosini, Pirlo - Kaka - Inzaghi.

Welcome to hell!!!

I know AC Milan players are used to play in front of full houses, but this is something special. Just ask Carlo and rest of the guys(Maldini, Costacurta)that played there before. It will be different. Yes, I do know that Nou Camp is 100,000 and San Siro is 81,000 but these 60,000 are twice louder and crazier. Milan players are very good and they are proffesionals, but Red Star players are different at home in front of their faithfull. So let the game start and whoever wins good luck in group stage.

In our contry it is a matter of ''general education'', almost every normal people now, for example, that HARARE is capital city of Zimbabwe, and where is Armenia or Qatar, if you don't know this, that is the problem of education in your country! For this questions you can find in this link,World Factbook , it is very instructive site!

A think that game would be very Interesting, and my prediction is 1:0 for Red Star and then we will see whose goalkeeper can persist more!!!

Ur talking nonsense... i thought like that too, as im coming from small country a lot of people didnt even heard for. But so what, if i ask in which part of USA is arkansas, oklahoma, arizona, georgia, missouri... would u know? And what are those state capitals? Yeah right, go hide in a corner. So think about that when ur talking crap to people for not knowing where/what is small part of not-so-ex yugoslavia.

And about a game... wooow, what an atmosphere, CZ unbeatable in marakana.... LOL, talking like CZ is regular champions league contender. I do have some fear that Ac milan can loose, but the games are won on pitch and thats what milan will do. 1 fan or thousands of them, CZ has their 10-15% to make it, and i dont think milan's gonna screw up that bad.

You don't need to give me links to study. I won the geography competition at my school and competed in the State finals. And our primary education system may not be the best, but no one can compare to our oniversities. Enough people graduate high school and go on to colleges and universities to be successful.

1st of all, Misha, please, stop using that language. 2nd of all, this is turning into an America-bashing thread and I don't like that. We have many stupid people, but in a country with 300 million there will be a large amount of stupid people who really don't need to now where Serbia is. No disrespect to Serbia. But there is also a large amount of intellectuals who graduate from some of the best colleges in the world, but the anti-american propoganda never reminds you of that does it? This is my last off-topic post. Please, let's get back to discussing the game.

And this is my last reminder, WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE!
