what it says is that Milan could (try to) bypass the "Pele Law" (the one that doesn't allow minors to leave Brazil if they have a contract with a local club until they are 18) by bringing his family to Italy.
Also says that his agent has received a green by Internacional to negotiate the transfer to another club.

Overrated but good.

when he declare that Milan get a great signing, he will get all the limelight to himself and the fans will be signing tribute to him.

Okay well I have a few things to say. To start, Pato would be an excellent signing! But what's concerning me is the fact that Milan are ONLY looking into Midfield and Attack. I don't want this. I want defence. All 3 actually, but defence is my number one now. I notice Milan's defence is aging and it will only affect us in the long run. Anyhow I have a great, no, EXCELLENT transfer market, if Milan follow this they are the best team in Europe for YEARS. All cups ours next year. Okay lets start with GK then get to forwards.

GK: Landreau or Amelia
Defence: Juan,Cris,Zaccardo,Matterazi,Zambrotta
Midfield: Emerson,Juan Roman Riquelme(I want this guy more then anyone currently)
Forwards: Eto'o(Our big transfer),Kerlon,Pato

Buying these players will GREATLY improve Milan. End cost if we infact do sign all is around 100M euros which isn't alot considering it has rebuilt our entire squad almost. And by the looks of it Milan have looked into every one of these people except for the signing i like best! Riquelme! I think they've looked into Riquelme though like a while ago? Or was that Inter? I dont know. But this is my DREAM transfer market..

Juan( din roma just sign him?) Matterazi ( Dream On ! ) Zambrotta ( Unlikely )
Kerlon & Pato are youngsters anyway who won't feature much unless games
are practically won anyway. Emerson (Other than tackles, He's useless IMO)
Landreau/Amelia? Neither of them will replace a 2time Champions League winner
goalkeeper that we have ( Dida! :P ) as long as he is fit to play.

That being said, Riquelme (Unless u take out another Midfield Dictator; Pirlo) will add
or just maintain squad strength when needed(if being sub on; But he be a sub? LoL?)
Eto'o will oni probably add more Pace in our attack but his finishing is not that clinical.
He cant possibly be more prolific than Ronaldo in records ( Games/Goals Ratio ) and be
better than Gilardino at holding up balls (What else can this lad do? seriously?) or be
better than RO at dribbling ( Does he even do this a lot? RO that is.. not Eto'o LoL )

What I think would be a truly teamchanging and massive impact player for us would be
someone like Steven Gerrard ( Liverpool are all talk but no substance in the market )
who might consider us since Pool are not adding improvements to their squad or the all
time favourite dream buy of mine, Carlos Puyol ( Literally Impossible IMO )

Just get a first option on this guy and leave him in Brazil at least one more full season.

Dude. Eto'o is way better then Gilardino, Riquelme does not dictate the midfield :S And sry but many people would take landreau and or amelia over dida, Kerlon and Pato one of the two we should buy is what i'm saying seeing as ronaldo is injury prone. I wish milan would show some interest in c.ronaldo or quaresma! exactly what i think we need for our midfield!

Nobody wants English players. They can only shoot.

Notice Gerrard,Rooney,Lampard,if these players who play for such HUGE clubs were replaced by other great players they'd be 10x the squad they are now, for example. If r10 replaces lampard at Chelsea, no team stands a chance. Rooney, if he were replaced by Eto'o, GOD HELP US, and I do agree, Gerrard is a great player, but IMO a creative brazilian would do a better job at Liverpool. For example, theres so many ways R10 could help chelsea more then Lampard can. Lampard IMO is a player who should be up front rather then dictating the attacking portion of midfield. Imagine r10 giving those perfect chips up to robben for the cross for drogba to snipe in the corner of the net? They'd be unstoppable.. I don't really think I can say anything negative about Gerrard, I'd ALWAYS keep him at liverpool but to add alot more depth to the squad, possibly add someone like Quaresma
