Looks like we need younger players who are starving for silverwares. The last two serie matches showed that some players played like on charity matches. Simply embarassing

It’s depressing to see another draw, especially at home. This situation is a consequence of Milan transfer policy. It’s not that Milan snubbing the league, it’s simply because the players can not play in every match they encounter and Milan doesn’t have good reserve to play. Their legs will get tired and prone to injuries. Milan simply needs to improve current squad.

In other situation, Milan strategy should change into another one, not depending to much on Christmas tree / Diamond formation strategy, or depending too much on Kaka and Pirlo as playmaker. Milan opponents have already familiar with this formation and strategy for the past years, so by confining Kaka, Seedorf and Pirlo it’s pretty much effective in breaking Milan flow of play. Kaka, Seedorf and Pirlo are human after all, if they’re surrounded by 3 people, what can they do to develop the play? Milan enemies are fully aware of Milan players ability and characteristic of play, so they are applying defensive strategy and waiting to strike counter attack… they simply can not afford to play open space because Milan players will crush them badly.

Oddo – Janku is also another problem in the play. Their fancy of attacking leaves a meaningful space for enemy to strike a counter attack. Our opponents seem realized that. It’s what Parma Di Carlo did when they cope with Milan, he even said about Milan wing back weaknesses in his press conference after the match!

If Milan would like to extend their success each year, they have to keep element of surprise to play… and it needs good transfer policy, fully in form squad, rotation system and new style of play.

I actually agree with that part... I believe that most of our players are just way too satiated, and we need some players that are hungry and desperate to prove themselves, as well as the experienced ones that we have in the squad.... In other words, Milan should have a better balance of talented&hungry youngsters with experienced players.

Fully agree, we're clearly in need of a major reshuffle.

Perhaps a disappointing season can do us good, just like what happened to Munchen last season that forced them to make many reinforcements to the squad. But we're still in the beginning of the season, and I still have faith in the squad. At least in majority of them
