It ain't easy, it is far from easy and quickness is really hard to get back when you pass the 30s.

Currently it is consistantly bad. I find it naive to think it will suddenly become god just because he comes here. It is possible, but IMO unlikely.

They are a really good team that creates plenty of opportunities. clearly we have not scored a lot recently. Now what makes it likely that the player failing to score ni chelsea will succeed to score with us, when our strikers failed. do we pass some special passes that only sheva can put in goal?

I am a bit unsure from were you are getting this. Shevchenko earns MORE than twice as much as the players you mentioned. If anything, Pirlo is underpayed.

I would like to see Sheva back in Milan but only if we get him for free(on a loan) because i think he still has it in him, class is permanent and i think our staff can make him great again our style of play suits him also. If we buy him it doesn't mean we don't need another striker we still have to find a replacement for Pippo in the likes of Drogba, Gomez, Benzema etc.

I don't want traitors back! And i don't wont 33 years old players for Milan! We need to get rid of grannies we had a lot of them. We need young players not finished players.

With right treatment he can come back. You also have to remmember that since he did not play a lot,(due to any reason) his body has suffered little wear and tear. He won't be playing as often as he did with us before.

It is consistently bad because he is playing at Chelsea. How do you even start to equate our players with chelsea players? How to do you equate selfish and arrogant players like Lampard and Ballack with Kaka? Also, in attack, there is no similarity between English and Italian styles of play. There will be a big difference for him between playing at Chelsea and Milan.

Its again the difference between the styles of play in England and Italy. English forwards have to be like bulls ramming towards the goal. In Italy forwards have to be a little more creative. And if a players fails in an English team, it absolutely doesn't mean he will fail in an Italian team. Sheva is used to playing with us. I think our passes are special too. Any striker in the world would be more than happy to receive passes from Pirlo and Kaka (the best support players in the world). Along with them, we have Seedorf and also Ambrosini (to a little extent) who are pretty good.

I know he earns around 7 to 8 million euros at Chelsea. But at Milan wages are set according to wage brackets with the highest being at 4020000 euros a year. Pirlo, Gattuso, Seedorf, Nesta, etc have been earning this amount of money till now. Kaka gets between 8 - 9 million euros. If Sheva comes he will have to accept a pay cut and earn 4020000 euros a year. Galliani and Berlusconi has spoken in the past where they said that Sheva will have accept a pay-cut.

For one, Sheva is playing bad because of the way Chelsea is structured and the fact that they have one of the most arrogant playing styles I have ever seen. Shevchenko is a creative forward that simply isn't suited for England, and I think he'll have something to prove in Italy. He'll have to apologize to us fans for leaving, but I wouldn't mind seeing him back. Mind you, on loan... you know kinda like what Riquelme did. I'm sure some Boca fans called him a traitor too when he went to Spain. Boca got him back on a loan and when he re-established himself they got him back on full time status. It all depends on what he does on loan. We should put money for a great striker like Mario Gomez...

And please, no real milan fan would ever compare Milan to Chelsea. The styles are completely different.

Well, to all the Sheva-haters: he probably won't come back since Chelsea at this moment are unwilling to sell him or send him on a loan to us. Rejoice!

I think Chelsea will make him hatch eggs or go to golf tournaments. I can't understand why Chelsea would want to keep Sheva for another season. My day is ruined.

Doesn't make sense that Chelsea allows Drogba to talk but not Sheva?

I think Chelsea don't want to lose players anymore like they did when Veron and Crespo left. I think they want us to buy Sheva outright rather than get him loan.

Also, Sheva's position depends upon Chelsea's new coach.

Again, his signing begs the question---where will he play? If we end up getting Dinho, then we have Kaka/Dinho with Seedorf and maybe Pato who can be subs. If we get Ade, then we play Kaka with Pato (as second striker) and Ade. Would Sheva be happy to sit on the bench? If he came and played well or pulled strings, then that might end up with Pato spending more time on the bench---which will not be good for his development. I think the Shevchenko saga should probably end here unless he can be of real use to our squad.

Good question, rt9. Maybe he should just accept there is no room for him anymore. Pato and Adebayor would most likely play in the 4-3-1-2 formation... if Sheva did come back he would at most be a substitute... we can't let Pato spend too much time on the bench... he must play as much as he can and I think it may be best to put Sheva behind us.

We must not forget we also have the older Inzaghi and Borriello in the squad... so 5 strikers? Probably a bit too much.

I wouldn't mind him back on loan as long as we still get one of Adebayor or Dinho. We've got Borri back and with one of those two we'd have a strong attack, which Sheva wouldn't be relied on too heavily.
