Hell yeah! THIS is how the real Milan should play! No more sitting on a 1-0 lead!

We actually look very good. Great actually. Very compact and quick passing exchanges. With players (mainly Ibra, Dinho, Binho) going forward to create space....and then checking back into that space to get the ball (right behind Parma's midfield). Ronaldinho has done well in the center, and Robinho has been roaming around just behind Ibra...going from left to right and deep.
Have to say....very good work so far. But we need to score at least another one. Because we do this often (let the teams off the hook and then they come back to equalize late on). We can't back up...we need to keep the ball and stay aggressive.

Great first half. I hope that we could keep it up and at least get 1 or 2 more goals. Can't believe Milante was that good today. The scoreline was so flattering for Parma.

Ibra, Binho, Dinho, Seedorf, Pirlo and Gattuso are all champions, they each showed their individual skills. We are still not a team, but it is good thing when they enjoyed playing.

I concur that we need to score one more to secure the game. The match is highly entertaining, but more often than not when we squander one goal after another, momentum fades and risk builds.

We did well in the first half. There are many doubts about the midfield, but they've done really well and I can only imagine Allegri wants continuity in the side, hence keeping Flamini and Boateng on the bench.
We need to look to get runners breaking through Parma's backline, which is very flat and is to break through. The only disappointments for me were the overall performance of our fullbacks. They're very slow most times to support the attack and don't look all that solid. Oh and this referee is ridiculous. I can't believe he didn't give Ibra a foul at the end (one of many poor decisions). |

Quote:
Even though Antonini has been decent. He supports the attack quite a lot (however mostly not enough quality) and always seems to have the legs to be back defending right away. His quality is not that of the highest level however, and he should be doing better on some of the occasions he gets. (the ball from Pirlo later on comes to mind where on the replay you can clearly see that Antonini misskicked the ball in the box, almost alone with the keeper) However, Zambrotta I think is showing game after game that he is more and more a finished FB. Slow, unreliable going forward and very often loses the ball easily up there....and lately he has even become very unreliable in the back as well.

One more to settle my nerves. I hate it when we give opponents the chance to get back into the game.

yeah what a stunner from Pirlo...n now we are playing more like Milan. Is R80 in the middle. Coz here he s getting the space to do what he wants and is getting more involved in the game. Good to c Pato after a long time
