Official Ac Milan Rumors Thread

tuttomercato.com is derived from tuttosport (one of the crappiest sources) and calciomercato (Italian re-incarnation of tribal).

from what I know this has been only on tuttomercato, which is quite an unrelaible source to say the least, so it would be best to wait till it appears on other sources.
Personally, what I have read elsewhere is that we are tracking him but nothing definitive yet.

He is a Ghanaian CM and has been attracting serious attention from Juve, Milan, Inter and others. Have heard lots of good things about him - physically very strong with good technique, which is something typical for Ghanaian players (Muntari, Essien, Appiah, etc). Have never seen him play though.

Also, he is playing currently in Serie B for Rimini (Kaka's brother is on loan there too) so he won't count as "extra communitario" (what we here often call non-EU player) since this rule is only for non-EU players coming from outside Italy's Serie A and Serie B.

This argument is not even worthy of debate, but I will give my 2 cents:

It is obvious that you dont understand Pirlo´s contribution to the game...look at the stats, and see how many completed passes he makes, vs bad passes...how many assists he has, say for last season...then tell me that we can bench a player that was instrumental in Italy´s world cup win..but then again, you probably think he was rubbish for Italy as well because he didnt score any goals...

Sorry for my obvious impatience...but Pirlo (despite not being at 100%) and Kaka are the two most consistent players we have...benching them, outside of providing them with much needed rest, is preposterous.

Benching Pirlo = Rubbish...he is one of, if not THE best player in his position in the WORLD. Stop playing FIFA 2K7, and watch a real game for a change.

I found a rumour from a french-football.fr website or something similar to that domain that said Milan has officially signed Ahmed Barusso for 2.1m and will pay the remaining 1.9m when he fully recovers from injury.

I checked the official Rimini FC website and they had a topic about it and they said that all the rumours about Barusso going to Milan is not real and we have received no offers.

People on the Arabic Milan forum are already throwing parties cuz Milan finally signed a player. Too bad they dont know its not true.

Now I hear (channel4.com) that Foggia may be included in a deal for Oddo...why? Please, we need to have Foggia as an option for next season...in the limited times I have seen him play, he looks very much like Milan material...good on the ball, nice passes...I sure hope we dont sell him outright as part of any deal for Oddo...

I couldn't agree more, foggia deserves a serious chance before selling him for peanuts, he is quiet young and as I heard very promising...

I know he has 10 goals and 5 assists for Birmingham, but that's in the Championship, not the Premiership. Although his Arsenal upbringing does give him a bit of an edge, like Arturo Lupoli with Derby...

In the Italian press today, there are talks of a possible swap with Gila and Trez, now I don't know about you guys, but I don't want this to happen! All our Milan forwards have hit a bumb at late, ad I think it is particularly wrong to always bad mouth Gila, when all the others aren't exactlt scoring either! Gila loves this club, and is a Milanista, Trez is juventino! Keep it that why! I know Trez is good, but what would a cub be without a little problem?

Even though Trez would be more useful than Gila in every aspect, I still wouldn't want a straight swap because that is a rip-off. Gila's value has to be more than Trez even though Trez is a better player.

that was really stupid, or was it? I have the feeling that someone simply landed a low blow at Tavano as now it would be more difficult for him to find a team among the CL contenders in Italy - curiously, both Roma and Milan were among the most likely destinations for Tavano.
now both of these roads could be closed for him as he got cup-tied in a game without any meaning at all for Valencia ... and, if I am not mistaken, that's the first time he plays for them since he was bought in the summer.

no i have seen him play a couple of games with a handful of minutes in La liga but this was his first in CL
