You do have a point. Possibile, but i don't know if it's true. If A is true, then C is true ..... big possibility, Yes ! Only the "if" makes a problem, but i'll repeat : You do have a point, and it is a possibility. |

No, that is Baglioni, Puglisi is the one who, according to prosecutors, was "asked" by Meani to "grant a favourable result for milan".

What was the thing about Djurgarden ? As a man, i will say that i'm 99% Moggi is not clean, but as a judge then i have nothing on Moggi. He only asked why did UEFA sent some bad referee, and then he asked who will be the referee on the next match... at least that's what i read. If not, then i'm an uninformed fool , and i'm sorry. Now, compare this with what Meani said. He was also complaining for the refs, and then he asked for 2 'inteligent" refs. It's even worse guys ! Now, please, please, please don't misunderstand me. I'm not looking for Milan sins only to comfor myself that Juve was not alone in this. My feeling ( and it means nothing to the officials in this matter) says that there is absolutely no possibility Juve to be the only team involved in fixing. Lets look at the facts only : 1. Moggi asked who will be the referee on the Djurgarden match ? 2. Moggi asked for refs in 2 friendlies + Berlusconi Cup 3. Moggi and all the other directors gave their resignation and they are still not accepted ! This is the only thing they have on Moggi ( officially). Or am i wrong ? Now, instead of Moggi, read the name Galliani at the begining of all 3 sentences, and tell me honestly what kind of punishment will you ask for Galliani and especially for Milan, if he was the one who did all these things ? |

And only 2 more interesting things Capello said in an interview after the match in Bari :
1.Attacking Luciano Moggi has become a national sport.” 2.This afternoon Milan patron Silvio Berlusconi told newspapers he wants the ‘return’ of two Scudetto titles he feels were stolen from his club. “Berlusconi was talking like a fan. Don’t forget that the telephone transcripts also mention someone who works for Milan and that’s all I’m going to say.” 3. Capello shrugged off claims Juve risk relegation to Serie B. “Why would that happen? I ask everyone to wait, as people are rushing to judge before seeing all the facts here. At the end of the investigation, we might be laughing off these wild accusations. We are all very close to the directors and are grateful for the hard work they’ve done for us. To remind you: Capello is a man who is just about to leave Juventus, and who knows Berlusconi very well ! |

Can someone please explain what exactly did Milan say about the linesman Gennaro Mazzei, are they complaining about him or did they want him as one of the linesman?

Moggi is accused to be the boss of an "associazione a delinquere finalizzata alla frode sportiva e all'illecita concorrenza con violenza e minacce", this means he was able to control transferts and decide referees behaviour also menacing and using violence against them. This is what we call a proof.

Juve will never be relegated. Moggi involves to many clubs in the scandal, so the Juve part in this case will fade away and no punishment will followi guess.
