Can someone give me a link saying we are linked to Huntelaar? I havn't seen an artical on that anywhere

I only remember seeing his name linked with Caligari & Fiorentina, never with us.

Sadly.. he IS cup-tied to Ajax and which team will sell a striker who scores MORE than a goal a game ? Hope our management can pry him from Ajax next summer though. I see him as a better fit than Torres. I heard even Van Basten recommended that he play for Milan. My friend also told me that he has now taken Van Nistelrooy's place in Dutch national team.

not only van basten, also stam has officially recommended huntelaar in a recent interview

I read today that Monaco have signed Yaya Toure for £3 million !!!!!!!!

I know the majority of us would prefer Diarra, but Y.Toure is a really great player and at the price Monaco paid, you just can't go wrong.

It remains to be seen if Milan would have been charged the same amount, but still, that's a comlete bargain. He and Zokora were excellent for the Ivory Coast. He's still young though so we can always keep an eye on him, i just think that at a time when we don't seem to want to spend a great deal, he would have been an excellent addition to the squad.

For such a low amount, I would sign him in a heartbeat ... with Silvio's money of course

I don't know, Olymp were seeking about 4 times as much for him and I really doubt they would settle for just 3 mil BP. Let's wait and see if this comes out from some otehr sources.
