I would want Gallas at Milan but not at the expense of Kakha. If, however, Kakha wants himslef to leave and makes a request for a transfer, that's another matter altogether and I wouldn't mind a straight swap with Chelski for Gallas.
Other than that, the best solution for me is have them both  |

Not only should we keep Kaladze if we get Gallas, we could just push Kaladze at the LB position which is his original position and have Gallas in the center with Nesta.
