Gabriele Contini is only a linesman right? If so the only thing of suspicion is Meani's relationship with him but Meani is not a major official at Milan and there are only two conversations between the pair. Unless more evidence comes to light then there is nothing to worry about (unless they want to go at Milan to get back at Berlusconi). The case against Lazio is much stronger.

I'm just hearing on tv an attorney who is expert in sport law, he said Milan is not risking anything

Yes Mehdi, on court this may not be enough to accuse Milan.
But for all non-Milan fans this is enough to conclude that Milan was also dirty !

And now you're all doing what i was/am doing here. Defending our clubs, and hoping nothing bad will happen, eventhough there is a prove that some of our officials were asking for specific refs.

Also have in mind that all accusations on Moggi didn't come in one single day. Every day we hear something new.
It's just 2 days since we heared this story about Meani...nobody can garantee that we won't hear even more tomorrow !

People, Juve may be the only team who will suffer because of fixing, and may be the team who did most of the fixing. But open your eyes and you'll see that Juve was not alone in all of these.
If you search for the next team after Juve, then every non-Milan fan ( and i guess the investigators also) will point to Milan.
Success brings us enemies. And to speak honestly, only Juve and Milan had success in both Italy and Europe in last 10 years !

Actually Berlusconi is enough for everyone to conclude Milan is dirty, I've been hearing it for 10 years!!!!!

Psychlogists call this behavior a "projection". What you are doing is projection of what you feel and know you are guilty of on others people's deeds. You basically conceded that Juve is guilty and will suffer sequences. Now you want and will feel much better if you could take AC Milan for the ride. Nice, dude, nice try!

Meani : "What the f*ck, what the f*ck, I really don't want him, I don't want him, I never asked for him nor wanted him,

Tony : Wow, mr. Meani, why are you saying you didn't ask for that linesman? Are you trying to tell me that you usually ask for the refs and they give you the ones you like ?

Meani :this is one now he's also asking me to be very careful, not to make mistakes because Galliani is very angry, obviously. So tell him to be very careful form now on.

Tony: What is Galliani having to do with this?
And what will happen if i tell him to be more careful, and he won't listen to me?

Meani :therefore also on Wednesday try to send two intelligent ones.

Tony: You're not in a position to ask for refs and get them, mr.Meani. Or are you ?

Milan was also very deep in this sh*t. It may never be proven, or Milan may never be punished...but people..Milan was into this "bying" refs stuff, and it's damn obvious !

Well then, I do not think it is completely indifferent how we got success...
If something similar to what's happening to Juve will happen to Milan I want Milan to be punished.
The problem is not Juve or Milan, the problem is Moggi and his way to manage soccer.
Unfortunately for you Moggi is major official of Juventus.
If I want to see fake sport I watch wrestling.
I fell angry and defrauded: why did i pay a lot of money to see Serie A if everything was decided?

Simple question and give me a simple answer, if you want :

Do you honestly believe Milan was not into this ?
You don't have to answer to me...answer yourself !

I don't have to prove to myself that Milan was also guilty. I know they were also guilty !

er...no...the only thing that is obvious is that Moggi is a jackass who has compromised your club...if Milan are convicted of something greater (or whoever else)...then the punishment will be meted out...until then...it seems Juve are in the deepest trouble.

Yes, yes, yes . maybe he is, and i believe he is Calcio's greatest enemy.

But now try to make a similar conversation with Moggi and his words on that tapes...and then tell me where is the logic Juve to be punished in Serie A ?!

Was Meani ( whoever he is..i only know he's Milan employee) asking for refs on Serie A match ? Yes, he was.
Was Moggi asking for refs in Serie A ? We don't have his words where he's saying that !

With the proves we have so far, i'd say Milan is the only team so far that has to be punished !
And with PROVES WE HAVE, not with speculations we have !

I think it also depends on what positon Meani holds! That is one thing the legal system has been discussing at great lengths...Moggi was a general director

no offence man but you started off real well in this forum..you know kissing a little ass here and there but slowly you have become delusional...the sheer breadth of the Juve evidence is staggering...all I can say is good luck...I care firstly about Italian football and I do not want a championship without Juve...I just want a championship without scumbags like Moggi.

He is complaining AFTER Contini tells him Baglioni is a friend of Pairetto who is of course tight with Moggi. His comment I didn't want him seems to suggest he requests linesman but could also be interpreted as his frustration at this revelation. As this is the ONLY suspicious comment he makes that's not enough to get Milan into serious trouble.

Galliani is angry after the ref appears to screw Milan in the Siena game. No one knows what Meani means by 'this is the one now'

He's talking about linesman. Saying 'try to send intelligent ones' could be interpreted a million ways.

If this is all the evidence the magistrates have then Milan is not in deep **** at all. Meani isn't a CEO or director, he isn't even officially on the board. All you've got is one comment with a linesman, unlike with Juve when there are conversations between Juve officials and the referee VP and the FIGC VP.

No, Moggi didn't ask, Moggi decided, I'm sure of what I say, I'm Italian and I read and completely understood all phone calls.
