0-0 isn't too bad as Celtic are a team we should beat at home. I think we showed some positive signs and we could, and maybe should, have scored a goal.

But I am confident we will beat this Celtic team at home.

what a frustrating result!

Still, with the fortnight in between matches, lets hope it gives enough time for Oliveria & Gilardino to sharpen up, particularly the latter. I'm mad at Gilardino for being so wasteful, but in the same instance i know that as his first game back he's bound to be rusty. He at least lasted 70 mins or so, which is at least one good thing. A clean sheet is also another good thing, something that might install a bit of confidence for the team.

Obviously a goal would have been nice and would have made things a bit more comfortable, but now we know we have to score and to win to be sure of qualifying for the next round which means we have to play in a positive manner which is a good thing. So often when you sneak an away win you get a bit cagey in the return leg, hopefully this won't happen for us.

We did ok, has a safe game and went for 0-0 as we all predicted.

But what is wrong with Gila?? Is that the striker that is "the future of Milan"....???

Went for 0-0??

I don't think we did. Ok, we didn't take too many chances at the back, but we created the best chances and wanted to score, and attacked with several players when we had the opportunity!

Bloody cheats looking for a penalty he should have got a red card for that.

What a joke you have player injured and put it out of play then he comes back on running as if he just started the match.

Have to say Milan controlled the ball alot better.

Roll on next game 1-1.

Milan is allowed 45 000 by UEFA i think... 10 000 more than Inter merda!

We'll do it our way at the San Siro, 1-0 ! Pippo.....

Hail the hoops, don't act so innocent because if Celtic had scored or if the score at the SS(let's hope not), you will see your players laying around the whole field. However some fans seem to ignore that when their own team does it.
However, I think you guys had it proven that it is very very hard to beat Milan even in Scotland let alone come at the San Siro and do it. Your defence had some troubles coping with Gila alone, immagine how they are going to do with 2 forwards making runs instead of one. Pirlo totally controlled the midfield and spread the ball superbly. I think this was one of his better games this season, although a couple of his wonderful passes didn't result in a goal.
Apart from a few free-kicks you guys didn't look threatening at all. You guys were making it sound like Nakamura was one of the best in the world, but we didn't see much tonight. Of course he has talent and you can see that everytime he touches the ball, but it was proven why exactly he had to go to Scotland to become a star. He is great (in Scotland), but compared to players like Pirlo, Kaka and the rest of the stars in Italy, Spain and England he is still on the very lower part of the list.

Pirlo was absolutely class tonight. I think he's unappreciated by many Milan fans. Every decision he makes is the right one. Class act.

I'm happy with 0-0 after the performance (Celtic fan).

Although i expected smthg like 1:1 or 1:2 as a final result, every single thing apart from the final score went as i predicted. Milan is classes better than the Scottish team, and the huge difference in class was especially visable at the midfield.
If a miracle won't happen, i see a 3:0 win for Milan at San Siro !

My view.

I thought and predicted Celtic would win. The main reason for that was because I've seen Milan recently and they weren't at their best.

Tonight though, Kaka, Pirlo, Jankolouvski, Gattuso, Oddo and Gourceff were at their best. We can't compete with that. Only Nakamura and Boruc are Milan quality. I'll take a 0-0. I hope for a miracle in San Siro.

At the San Siro it would be good to maybe play Seedorf in today's Ambrosini role, so we have real posession power with Pirlo-Seedorf-Gourcuff-KAka'. And Gilardino dissapointed me so much I cant describe it, that dive was so embarassing he should be really ashamed of himself.

And after all - BRAVO CAPITANO! once again he showed why there is only one Paolo Maldini!!!

I absolutely agree with you. He showed his class just like his top performance in the World Cup. Maybe he is not as good as in the WC or in the past, but he is getting better now (compare to the beginning of this season).

for me, starting with gattuso and ambrosini in midfield (add only one attacker to that) is going for 0-0 all the way. Didnt like the match at all, lets just hope we keep the clean sheet on san siro.

Emm to be honest you wouldn't see Celtic players doing that certainly not at 0-0 and I wonder even If they did would Milan of gave the ball back.

Yes hard to bet Milan In Scotland but just remember we dont need to beat Milan 1-1 would do us grand.

Oh dear... Gilardino dives in the box! And he goes into the book for his simulation! That really was the worst dive I've ever seen... there wasn't a player within two yards of him went his face contorted with pain and he hit the deck! Disgraceful...
