this is exactly what I don't expect to read... if we had played just like that, but score the one by Gila, or the one Max missed, or Sheva's header, you wouldn't be reacting like this...

Ofcourse not SANT, but Gila isnt wasting 1 or 2 chances, he's been wasting far too many of them. Its his 9th game in CL, and he has 0 goals. Against Inter, he also wasted a header. I cant remember all his misses, but I know he is missing far too much.

If he scored, ofcourse i wouldnt be like this about him, but the fact is he missed 2 chances any other striker would have scored. It is something I dont expect from a 23m pound signing. Thats why im pissed.

And about Seedorf, he played great on the left, but when he came to CM he was invisible and was too slow against their mid. I'd rather see Ambro/Vogel in CM next match instead of Pirlo. For the 2nd leg we will have alot of spaces and will need Pirlo's passes more than ever, but if hes not going to up his game, Carlo should chose one of the other 2.

this is a good time to test your loyalty to this team. I personally think that we can still do it, I wouldn't worry about that too much. All we need to do is to SCORE FIRST in the next game, and everything will be back to under our control. I have a feeling that we could overcome them 2-1. We will score twice and they may or may not score a consolation goal. but we will go to Paris.

If anyone of you want to criticize, I guess you can do it, by all means. If you want to curse, think twice. If you want to switch your team now, please do it too. Trust me, you are more than welcome to do it, and it is only good for everyone.

I think he's trying to say gilardino simply should have scored , period. Alltough it's not fair to say others would have scored , even kaka and sheva missed.

IMO the chances of Milan taking a win in Nou Camp are quite small, 10% maybe. Barca usually doesn't screw up in home court.

Also, If Barca isn't the best team in the world, then who is, might I ask?

Chelsea? Juve? Milan?

None of these clubs are on level with Barca right now. They have the greatest genius in football in their squad and they play excellent, free-flowing football. They are probably the most entertaining team the world has seen in the past 10 years and they are damn effective too. It's no shame to lose to them in San Siro, it was not an embarassing defeat tonight.

well you know the rule when you miss chances the punishment will come, but we shouldn't lose hope there are another 90 min to be played in Barca and everybody knows how unpredictable football can be so anything can happen don't lose hope just yet.

I hope the other match will be opposite of this, Barca having all the chances but not scoring and we scoring from our only chance of the game

im very pissed off, barca capitalized despite us having better chances, im pissed that we made things harder on ourselves, i was expecting us to be fired up and crush them 3-0, just finish it off before it starts... but then again we only need a win now, easier said that done, but we can do it... problem is barca at home are pumped up constantly by fans, what im hoping is to see a big number of milan fans at the camp nou, to be honest im usually disspointed by the travelling fans, they show up in low numbers and if its something that has helped us win stuff its the backing of our own fans, eiher the players self motivate themselves for the nou camp, or we depend on luck once more...


... oh and please, some one just shut down ronaldinho, a player like him not only should be man marked, he shouldnt receive the ball at all...

The best team in the world ? Don't know ... How about waiting untill the CL season is over to say who's the best . How about waiting untill next week to say who's the better team .


Barca is a team created by the hype of Ronaldinho , who is awesome , but take him away and barca will fall appart . If you ask anybody a player of barca , they will all say ronaldinho , and you can thank mister media for that , cause most of them can't even point Brazil on the world map.

Perhaps in spain they play like stars , but I haven't seen anything of it tonight .


Milan threw it away tonight and they'll pay the price next weak for every single mistake or missed chance tonight.

What we need to do is just rest and play for a win, not for a lucky win, but for A WIN!! Run like hell and put CAfu-Serginho on the flanks. Try and you can do it, not like this.

Gilardino is such a crap..such an embarassment!!!! He wasted all the opportunities. I think we lost coz of him (mostly). Barca's goal is Dida's mistake..he should have saved it...but it happend coz Gila wasted all the chances. If we scored before that goal, Barca wouldnt score....Substitution of Gattuso for Ambrosini (who didnt play whole season) was a stupid move...So that shot that Ambrosini made is basically not his fault, but Ancelotti's. Maldini played really good, Cafu not bad. Basically after Barca scored Milan's performance went down and they looked poor. Who gives long passes, when there is 4-5 minutes left??? As the result they just lost the ball. I was pissed off. Milan is out, coz i dont think that barca will allow them to score in Spain. LOST AT HOME!!!! Horrible! I am sure if inzaghi would play, we d win...I am 100 percent sure. Today even my friend, who really liked Gilardino all this time, said that Gila is not capable to produce anything, and the only thing that he proved in this game is that he is not good enough for such team as AC Milan..at least for the first team. (Although i saw that a lot of people on this forum before this match were so sure that Gila will be great in this match..So what do you think now? Gila is still strong, best and capable for you? If so, then you are just fan of Gila personally, not of football).

Actually Barca fall apart without Deco, at least their midfield does and that's why Milan enjoyed a lot of possession. Barca are the best team in the World, they're the only team to have scored more leagues goals (in the big four leagues - Italy, Spain, England and Germany) and Champions League goals than Milan.

I'm not optimistic about next week.

Even Brazil's NT can't outplay Milan at San Siro, so don't judge Barca's quality from the fact that they didn't outplay us.
If you believe, this was the first ever defeat for us at San Siro in Champions league knock-out stages, so it says a lot about Barcelona's quality.

Now they have Deco back, we have Pippo back. Barcelona's performances at Nou Kamp are briliant and they easily win over everybody in Europe at home, but lets have faith in our guys.
Barcelona was a clear favourite against Juventus in 2003, when they entered the second leg with an 11-2-0 record, ( only 2 draws against Italian teams) great 1:1 result from Delle Alpi and still they ended up defeated at their home ground.
Now we simply must beat Messina, because if we don't then we certanly lose the Scudetto, and the pressure because of " trophyless season" could be the decisive factor on Wednesday !

Let's get it together people.

Gila did well to create an opening for the first effort.
The second time Kaka should have shot...these things happen.

Overall I think Milan deserved to lose today because they didn't take their chances. Stam's crossing could have been a little better and Seedorf's balance was atrocious.

But do remember that there are still 90 mins left. In the Champions League you have to go out and win your games.
We must do that at the Camp Nou and I hope we do.
