I think its funny that some believe no one is to blame when Milan lost a 3-0 advantage after 45.

Snapster what are you talking about. Milan didnt look hungry my arse. Did you not see the first half?? Throughout the whole bloody match Milan didnt gave up and pushed in for a goal. Even after they were 3-0 up, even when they were level, and they looked the better team in the ET. The penalties however I will agree on your point. They did look a bit tired but then again I didnt like Dudek at all

And as far as suggesting alternatives because you dont get paid, if it was up to some people we would sack Carlo and then look for someone who may not be as good as him anyway, yeah really makes sense
Funny, Benitez must have some nothing at half time. I seen Carlo allot during the game and during the extra time, Tasotti looked more interested in doing something.

We have a habit of being totally outplayed, i think the team needs to be sorted out so this doesnt happen again. I dont know if its the defence, or the massive hole thats left in midfield.

I can see Ancelloti going, i think mr Belusconi is fuming. He will jump before being pushed. Who will replace him? who else played in the early 90s?.... Baresi, Tassoti, Massaro, Donadoni, Rijkard any of those...
it's not carlo's fault. he's a great coach. but he needs to bring in some real motivators. i mean, what more motivation does the team need other than a CL final? it's so horrid.

Words cannot describe how I feel at this moment. I don't quite know what to say. Is it Carlo's fault is it the players fault who knows. The game was ours and we let it slip. In the first half we seen the real Kaka from last year, second half we got nothing from him. But we got nothing from anyone in the second half.

I'm not going to start blaming anyone, instead I'm going to sit back, wipe away the tears, cry some more and just try to get my head around exactly what happened here this evening. Devestated, utterly devestated...

Exactly. And dude, sorry for offending you earlier. I just thought it was unfair to blame JDT and sheva. this really kills me. If anyone to blame, I think it is the coach who is responsible.

I only watched the first half, we were lecturing Liverpool. I don't know what to say ..

Christopher has disabled reputation
sick in my stomach, kicking the wall etc.

Carlos gone whose coming in? as I have stated previously this team needs someone to light a fire under the belly and not allow them to take their foot off the pedal . . . either a player or a coach preferably both. We all know Silvio and co. are none too happy about ending the season with no hardware.

Forza Milan

Rossoneri Coach Carlo Ancelotti was left ruing “six minutes of insanity” that literally threw the Champions’ League title away.

“We played well throughout except for six minutes of insanity that threw everything all away,” said the tactician after losing out to Liverpool on penalties.

“It can’t be explained, as we did everything we had to and simply had a blackout. We are upset and disappointed, but this is football. Now we will play our last game of the Serie A season and look forward to next season.”

Milan were leading 3-0 at half-time with Paolo Maldini’s goal and a Hernan Crespo brace, but conceded three in six minutes.

Perhaps Carlo is a great coach. I may have him all wrong. Then we should sell half the team because they manage to blow leads in most important matches of the season. Perhaps you are right. Perhaps it is the team that's at fault. Well we need someone new who can create a different mindset for these players. I understand one player sucking or 2 or even 3. But when the whole team simultaneously plays like crap, the coach has to step in.

Yes I seen the first half, awesome. They players had it won in their heads, let a 3-0 slip and we were anonymous most of the second half, even going long ball. ET we were better because Liverpool got more tired and we were allowed more time on the ball.
