Come on!!!! Wake up!!! Gila is crap!!! People here said that he is not supposed to do much on the field, coz he is finisher. Finisher usually finishes into the net, not always outside!!! He is not supposed to do work on the field and he cannot finish!!! So what is the whole point of having this player???!!! To make him score when all the team players scored as well...in such games as 4:1, 5:1?? I think we gonna be alright without it...not a problem to win 3:1, 4:1...So Gila is useless for Milan. His goals are not those that make us go through, his goals dont bring us victory and dont save us in difficult situations. he is bench player!!!!

The very fact that Gila created a chance in the first place for the shot he hit against the post speaks volumes for his ability.

My problem is...ok Gila did not do stellar today but look at the rest of the team. We were not decisive enough in front of goal.

Sheva, Kaka and Ambrosini also missed very easy chances (Sheva's was kind of difficult to take).

Be patient guys...I think we can do it at the Camp Nou.

I understand if Gila's wastes of chances was only today's case...its not!!! It really is not!!! And he missed those chances where my sister would have scored! Sheva didnt miss, the ball went to the goalkeepers hands...and he didnt have time to do anything better. Kaka missed, but still from much more difficult position then Gila. So I am very fair. How long more can we wait something from Alberto? How much more time does he need to develop and get used to Milan??? His problem is not adaptation...his problem is him. I cannot be patient with this guy anymore, if before I could kinda say that he might do something in the future, now i see that he doesnt have future. Today more than half of the game everyone played on Gilardino, he got brilliant passes fromn everyone...players trusted him, and he didnt do anything!!!

Geez you are being too hard on Gila...he has scored 16 goals this season you know in Serie A. And today he held the ball up again.

I would argue that Seedorf was much much worse!

I would read criticism from anyone on Gilardino, maybe even from your 5 year old sister (who should be as good as a writer as she is as a striker)

OK Im very dissapointed in the game, but lets get things into perspective We are AC Milan and there is absolutely nothing to say we cant go to the New Camp and give them a beating. And if it doesnt happen and we go on then we got beat by a good side and we get back up and try again next year!!

++edit Can I add that its about time we were on the winning side of a European comeback!! For the first time in ages in Europe Milan can play with complete freedom to attack!! Im not saying it will happen, but expect big things!!

Nova: true but this is a bit too much criticism.

OPINIONS are one thing but the team has been doing really well of late...I think we need to support the club in good times and bad.
