That scandal could grow into something out of control, I'm getting really concerned about that...

Many sources confirm Milan has nothing to worry.

Worst scenario would be a points penalisation with Inter Champion of Italy, and in this case, Kui you wouldn't want to live in Italy...

If Inter become champions of italy, Kui i may really reach you down there, almost on the other side of the world

WHat are the chances of the worse case scenario??? 50-50??? 80% we are not penalized??
You see this is what worried me from the very onset of this leak. Not only to we not win d!ck, Inter may be given the title on a silver platter! Like they deserved it! I am just dumbfounded by a lot of things. I cannot comprehend how anyone hear were so gleeful about all of this just to get a go at Moggi. AND still not see the impending danger of us being kicked in the balls too. A lesson to be learned... "Careful what you wish for!" So Gio what are the odds with this worse case scenario?? Do we have a better chance getting the scudetto or better chance losing our standing???

BTW... Hawaii 365 days clear skys, mostly sunny with the year round temperature averaging 24 Celsius. Highs temperatures at 31 C the lows at 20 C. Clear oceans and lots of greenery. Humdity not a fatcor with tradewinds blowing at 16-32 Kph. Not bad huh???

The scudetto can end to the InterIl judicial earthquake in arrival threatens to change the scene of last the two samples to you and also of the next one. Title to third if the Milan will be penalized seriously

1. Juve can be degraded in B series? It risks also series C? Yes. The situation of the Juve is most serious. If it comes tried the illicit sportsman -- with direct responsibility of the society, approval the role of Moggi and Giraudo the --, minimal pain is the demotion to the last place in this championship: therefore nothing badge and B series the next year (even with penalization). The parallel is with the Genoa: in the slid season, for the swindle in a single contest (with the Venice) it was retreated to the last place, with reduction in C1 and 3 points of penalization. The power of attorney of Naples contests to the bianconeri 7 contests: and for a reiterato or particularly serious crime the art. 13 of the Code of sport justice preview the "esclusione from the championship of competence (...) with allocation from part of the federal Council to one of sample you of inferior category". To one, not necessarily to that inferior. Therefore possible also C1 (or C2).

2.The bianconeri can lose this badge and that one 2004-05? In case of illicit it assesses to you in championship 2004-05, the consequences would be: 1) revoca it of that badge (than therefore it would not come assigned); 2) revoca it of that one assigned yesterday. That but it will go to an other square. To who? It would touch to the Milan, less than also for the rossoneri objective responsibilities do not exist that could determine serious penalizations. And then champion of Italy could be also the Inter. There is revocato and a previous not assigned badge solo: 1927, Turin.

3.Which thing risks Fiorentina, Lazio and Milan, the other squares been involved in the scandal? The situation of Fiorentina and Lazio less serious single if is compared to that one of the Juve. For both the societies the interceptions make to presume illicit relative you more contests that, if confirmed, could carry to punishments similar to those of the bianconeri. Much more than in the interceptions they are implies the Lotito presidents directly to you and Of they Goes. Lighter the position of the Milan: 1) because the cases are limit to you and controversial; 2) because the inquired one is Leonardo Meani, managing companion assigned to the arbitrator. In this situation (and if not there will be ulterior developments) would have to be dealt to the maximum of objective responsibility.

4. Juve will lose also the right to play the Champions League? If the Juve will be punished with one demotion, Europe goodbye. But also a simple penalization would remove it from the Champions zone, inasmuch as the pain dev' to be afflictive (must, that is, procurare a damage). The Uefa will be adhered to the communications of the Federcalcio and will enroll in the goblets the qualified clubs (if they answer to requirement of the "licences"). To Nyon they are curious and impazienti: they want to know if also in the interceptions of Naples there are more important elements and serious of it converses between Moggi and Pairetto on the wills of the Juve in the goblets. In this case, interesting the Champions, could release disqualifications or other provisions.

5.In case of penalizations, Rome and Chievo can aspire to the Champions League? For the Uefa varrą classifies it definitive. Possible scenes: Juve degraded in B with penalizations; Degraded Fiorentina and Lazio; Penalized Milan. In Champions they would go Inter then, Rome, more Chievo and Palermo (preliminary). With (even) Milan, Livorno and Empoli in goblet Uefa and Parma in Intertoto.

6.The currently degraded squares can hope in ripescaggi? And those damaged from the "Moggi system" will come risarcite? In "a normal" development of the issue, if Juve, Fiorentina, Lazio or Milan had to climb in bottom to classify, the degraded formations will be saved automatically: in the Messina order, C lecce and Treviso. But tomorrow the federcalcio it will be commissariata: and the commissioner could decide of all, also see again the formula of he samples to you, even reducing To to 18. Difficult to assume compensations for the damaged squares. Some presidents, however, threaten already civil suits.

7.There is a risk of suspension or delay for the next championship? The next 27 series To would have to leave August: the calendars came prepare you of usual 10-15 days before. For half August the procedure of the sport Justice could not be concluded: draft of three degrees of judgment (To discipline itself, Caf and Room of conciliation of the Cones) with the doubt of eventual resources to Tar of the Lazio and Consiglio di Stato. Also without resources, draft of a iter of approximately a month, but the times of the preliminary investigation are not quantifiable. Much more than the Office surveyings it must still receive the incartamenti from the powers of attorney.

8.If they degrade the great clubs, the players will be able to get rid? A clause of rescissione in demotion case does not exist that the players can exercise. These therefore are held to respect the contract. Some could but decide to take advantage of (in order to avoid the B) the Fifa norm that allows to over the 28 of svincolarsi for a remarkablly inferior figure to their value (sees case Henry). The recent introduction of salary the CAP in B would not have to constitute instead a problem, inasmuch as the roof to engages will be constituted from 70% of the total revenues of the club in the previous season. The several stars could continue to play in one large degraded. More difficult it will be to convince them to make it.

sorry for bad translate but if somone can do better please do it... oki

Moggi has quit along with the directors so this looks to be clear indication that Juventus is in a big mess and will be relegated for sure.

But I think relegation will be the least of their worries because most of their players will want to leave and they will be in a financial mess.

Ibrahimovic and Buffon to Milan anyone?

No, to speak the truth accusations to Moggi are a lot and very heavy. If you ever watched "The Godfather" (well maybe I'm going too far) you can get an idea of what Moggi was, he did many favours, and he expected those favours to come back. He had influence on referees, on players by GEA, on journalists and even on police officier. He, and his friends, got a lot of money by this behaviour. As General Director of Juventus FC he was known as a winner, he had a lot of prestige.
Maybe it's not only because of money. there is an old sicilian proverb that sound like this "power is better than sex".
