Just a note for those who don't allready know: This Harvey Esayas character is 30+ years old and was brought to Milan because Seedorf asked/demanded that he'd be given a shot at it. Esayas once played for the Ajax youth team but never made it to the seniors. After failing at Feyenoord he continued his career at various smaller clubs in Holland, after which he moved to Spain where he warmed the bench for Zamora (2nd division). According to some reports he weighed in over 100 kg when he came to Milan, but Milan Lab has gotten him into reasonable shape again.

He is easily the weirdest signing ever, but it would be "interesting" to see him play a few minutes in the game.

Fiorentina beat Parma 2 - 0 and Udinese beat Lecce 5 - 4 (the same Udinese and Lecce that played a 7-goal thriller recently)...the funny thing about this match is that Di Michele scored twice and saved a penalty after their keeper was sent off (and they had no more changes available).

A little more than an hour left for our match, FORZA MILAN!!!

Well, we've already had Ibou "Bibimus" Ba, so that 100 Kg barrier has already been broken, probably. Perhaps this Harvey fellow can be the Jack Haley of the Serie A (for those who don't know who Jack Haley was/is, he was a not-very-talented 7 foot basketball player who seemed to get a place every team Dennis Rodman played for, because he was Rodman's buddy. He sat on many a NBA bench in his warm-ups for a good many years because of his apparent talent for saying, "Hell yeah, Dennis, that'll be a boss party, dude.")

our bench for this game looks interesting:

Fiori V.
Legati E.
Perticone R.
Esayas A.
Pirlo A.
Barbieri D.
Ferrario A.

our lineup will be pretty much the obvious one, good to see Abbiati, Colo and Dhorasso given a start:

Abbiati C.
Pancaro G.
Nesta A.
Coloccini F.
Serginho S.
Gattuso G.
Ambrosini M.
Dhorasoo V.
Seedorf C.
Rui Costa M.
Crespo H.

the match starts in a few minutes, FORZA MILAN!!!

Are we playing a six man midfield? I guess Serghinio must be playing at left back.

we need somebody like simic! he seldom gets the chance to play, yet he could be ready when needed (now that he is injured, it is different, but you know what i mean). milan is like a family, not a pure business. everybody seems to like mesto, but he is not here yet. until he is one of us, i won't support him. we need people like simic, kaladze, ambrosini, rui, jdt who are able to deliver and yet happy to wait on the bench. on the full right back, puyol is even better, much better than simic, or mesto, but will he be happy to start from the bench? i don't think so.

simic/ambrosini/abbiati/rui/jdt/kk/..., stars like them who are dedicated to milan and don't complain, are the difference that make us stronger than real madrid, and what makes milan so much supported and loved.
the thing that makes milan special is that they dun sell their playes like inter n juve, and i love em for that but simic has nothing to offer us n he is injured, he isnt young either n he has naver been a main component at milan like amldini, inzaghi ect. so wut is the point of keepin him if he never plays n is injured , jus to pay salary? n we have colocinni that cud play as cafu's sub in coppa italia games.
kaladze-----maldini--nesta-----cafu
(pancaro)---(billy)---(stam)---(colo)
Where does simic fit in this?? clearly we have a back up for all positions n there is no point of keepin sum1 in the bench for no reason.

i'm watching the game, but the supporters have let off those gas cannisters and its impossible to see any attacking moves by either team. crespo went close but just cos the commentator said so, hopefully it will clear up soon
