This cracked me up !!!
Buffon's comment about Sheva when asked about the Juve-Milan match "I hope that Shevchenko now takes things a little easier after winning the Golden Ball," Sources http://www.channel4.com/sport/footba...ia/dec14g.html |

yeah, I guess even Buffon has his dreams all lined up for Cristmas and Santa Claus. He is right though by saying that games not always go in the direction of the favourites - provided that the result of the game is THE RIGHT ONE, the referee is aware that the Moggis and their GEA (Gangsta Enterprise and Associates) will write up a phat check and deposit it in his secret swiss account as "thank you for being such a solid professional", just what Capello said about Pieri after the Bologna game, - so Buffon does have a point by saying that.
As for Buffon himself, I think he will be very nevous during the first 20-30 min of the game for predictions are the Delle Alpi will be sold-out and he hasn't featured infront of so many people for quite some time. But of course moggi, capello, and a bunch of TV commentators on a payroll with Juve are very objective when they say that Juve is playing very attractive football. My guess is that the people of Torino just don't know sh_it about football. Last edited by zlatanov; 14-12-2004 at 22:32. |

From Goal.com:
Berlusconi II Mocks Juventus And Inter 12/15/2004 12:58:00 PM Milan supremo Silvio Berlusconi’s brother Paolo added some spice to the upcoming Scudetto showdown against Juventus by alleging the Bianconeri were favoured by the referee against Bologna. “Let’s say that the decisions could have gone one way or another. But strangely enough they always went in favour of Juventus…I’m joking, the relationship between Juventus and Milan are so good that I like to add some pepper to our rivalry,” he said. Berlusconi then also made fun of Milan’s city rivals Inter. “We have to thank Inter for all the great players they gave us. Let’s hope next year Adriano wins the Ballon D’Or, if he joins us in exchange for a youth player that is…,” he said. |

Juventus most dangerous man is Zlatan - he is not only scoring many goals, but nearly also have an assist en EVERY goal they have scored. The other one I fear a bit is Zalayeta .. he is very tall and physical strong.. not a good player for the weak Milan defense on set pieces.
And Yes .. Camoransi - last year I think he was one of the worst player .. but this year he are one of the best. Quite fast and making good dribbles .. I fear that Kaladze will be able to stop him with the right methods. Del Piero .. doesn`t fear him .. DP always are in good hans of Maldini and Nesta. Nedved .. watch his left foot from distance and freekicks. Sounds easy ![]() Juve will without doubt sit back and wait for Milan to come .. and then wait on counter attacks .. this will be typical Capello .. first control defense .. and maybe get a goal on counter. 1-0 for Milan - Pirlo ![]()

outside the ground the arrival of our main stream. I was already inside, living here, trying to avoid the mess of the arrival of the milanese ultras, because i knew what was gonna happen and always happens before the matchWhen the Milan ultras arrived there were fights and charges against eachother, and after few minutes the police arrived making the Juve groups back , and fighting against few milna groups, while normal people quickly entered..this is the moment after the charge of the police, when few crazy Milan ultras kicked police cars and gave one of them fire ..What you see is the fire of a police car (accoridng to what i heard afterwards) and the people out there is Milan ultras trying to enter (the gate is difficult to be see but it's down there) and police mad at them ![]()

I just never understood what supporter violence is trying to achieve. "Our fans are stronger than your fans"? Sounds a bit like the "my daddy is stronger than your daddy" BS that took place in kindergarden.... |
