I think you are being too harsh on him.

He is versatile and has a wealth of CL and Premiership experience.

He would be a stop gap - the kind of player who could help steady us.

I think he'd be a great signing.

U r talking about the Cygan at Arsenal right. Gosh, what makes u think he is good for Milan if he can't even get a starting job at Arsenal.

Even if we are in Series B, I would take a gamble with Billy and Maldini in the middle over him any day

Why is he a sign that we get relegated?

I read that milan is in the least trouble out of the four teams. We might lose some points in the next serie a but that would be it! Juve could go to serie c! Hurrah

I've done a bit of research on him:

Last season Arsenal won 11 of the 15 matches Cygan has played in and kept 9 clean sheets in the process; he was named in the Opta team of the week on January 9, 2006.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pascal_Cygan

On stats alone, Pascal Cygan was the best and most consistent left back in the Premiership last season.

He is experienced, he is a decent passer of the ball, he is strong in the tackle and commanding in the air. I think he's not the quickest of defenders but our leagues aren't as fast paced as the premiership most of the time.

If we go down to a lower league then he won't be coming up against big named strikers. I mean he trains with Bergkamp, Persie and Henry every day so he must know something about defending against good strikers.

I'm not saying he's ideal but the consequences of the match fixing scandal would mean we'd have to lower our sights - if just for a season. I can see why the club would be interested in signing him if (god forbidding) we do get relegated.

Proprio per quelle scelte io me ne andai.

A destra come a sinistra.

what does it mean ???

Look... Minus 9 points is not as bad as getting relegated... So we should be happy... Does juve get stripped off its not so long established titles?
