Surely we can go to Fifa or Uefa about this? This is becoming annoying and quite frankly we should start taking legal action against them until those t**ts learn to shut the hell up.

Yes, he will be in madrid when Milan decide that we no longer need him.....that will be in 10 years time, ask them to wait.

Now they admit to illegal approach to our player so UEFA still doesn't punish them?

As long as he has a contract with Milan you have nothing to worry about. Its only up to Milan to release him Even if he hands in a transfer request, Milan can still force him to stay here. Now apparently Calderon made an illegal approach to him somewhere during the world cup. I dont see this as any real different to the Chelsea Cole saga, so i guess fifa/uefa could fine madrid if they wish to take the matter further.

If time isn´t a problem, you can try to look the other goals, and maybe find some Marcelo assists...remeber, only in Copa do Brasil 2006 and Cameponato Brasileiro 2006

They are both great players, but Im not sure I want Milan to lose its identity with too many Brazilians. We already have quite a few and with the regulations its not wise either.

i agree,
but Kafu and Serginho will leave Milan soon,
so it won't be "too many".

You´re right, guerrilla...
Cafu and Serginho will leave Milan soon, so I don´t see the numbers of Brazilians increasing.
BTW, Barcelona, Lyon, Porto, Sevilla are teams "full of brazilians" and are suceffull. Milan always had a balanced team(italians and foreigns), and IMO(maybe biased ) Italians(since that they are good players) and brazilians(idem) are a great combination.

marcovb, I see Marcelo like Alves when played for my tam(Bahia)before going to Spain. The kid has the potential to be a very good defender, and just need to work on this area. BTW, Marcelo just completed 18 this year, and is showing a maturity beyond its age. Even Dunga praised the kid after his debut in Brazil NT, saying that it shows a great tactical obedience(when played for Brazil), therefore it had that to change his stile(a little) for to play in Brazil...So, I don´t see problems for him to adapt in Europe.

About his tactical skills i have some doubts but i've only seen him playing against wales
From what you say this kid could have a good future

It´s normal to have some doubts...we are talking about a 18 yo player that wednesday play as winger, and sunday as LB
But, this 18yo will be the best LB in the world(as I said some months ago). Some press people around the world are comparing Marcelo to R. Carlos, but the only things that makes sense are the physical atributes(Marcelos is more tall: 1,74m), and shot. But in terms of talent, skills, QI, drible, vision isn´t even funny...only a injure, new bad habits or Capello can ruin this kid

Milan may not buy marcelo or alves this season as they have already bought a non EU player, Oliveira, and they may only acquire 1 per season. I dont know if Alves is a non EU yet but mercelo isnt, say we have to wait and see to next term

Alves is a EU player(spanish)...but to be honest, looking for ours politics of transferences, I can´t see Milan purchasing Marcelo
Regarding Alves, it confirmed yersterdy that the Real Madrid tried to change him for Cicinho in the last day of transferences, but Cicinho but it didn´t accept to go for the Sevilla...
