Set your "date and time" on your computer, based on where you are. And then go to www.uefa.com. There is a countdown drawing timer there, and that time would be matched between your computer time and the drawing time. If i'm not wrong, you can the drawing as an Audio or video there.

And also if i'm not wrong, ESPN will broadcasting it live.

Milan IS number 1. And you are absolutely positively right - the raitings are messed up BIG TIME.
Here are the raitings (yes based on last 5 years in the CL)

Barca~127;
Real~120;
Inter~112;
Liver~106;
Arse~102;
MU~101;
Valencia~95;
Lyon~90;
Porto~88;
PSV~82;
Bavaria~81;
Chelsea~80 etc...

Weird, huh??? Arcenal and MU higher than Lyon and Chelsea, PSV and Bayern.

The trouble with these raitings is in the following rule:
"Every team also gets some points based on their country coefficient."

Apparently, England's coefficient is out of wack with respect to the others, making
this whole system subjective (who defines the coefficients can redefine the raitings).

Just 20 minutes away from the draw! Cross you fingers gentlemen.

Being serious for a moment, aslong as we're in the top 8 of these seeds to be in the top group for the draw ... what difference does it make ? It's only really Uefa that this list matters to.

just go to www.uefa.com and right in front of you'll see a counter counting down the time left till the draw starts. Just click on the counter and window will pop-up. At the bottom there is a link to the "VIDEO" feed.
