I'll agree on that. Both would be great additions to Milan. Plus, the defence needs to be rejuvenated (i think everyone in the whole world can see that!)

Iaquinta is ok. But why not go for Luca toni? He scored 30 goals in Serie A last year. And he issued a 'Come and Get me' plea even after Fiorentina were reinstated. I think Oddo is ok but imho Dani Alves is a much better signing. He absoletely ripped in this years super cup and last years uefa. But alas, our lovely management is not prepared it seems to spend more than 10 million bucks on 1 single person. Barzagli is good

Or we can still buy players in September ?

The final deadline for registering players for CL is Sept 1st, 23.59 CET ... I believe it's the same for Serie A too.

So we still have this entire week for transfers. A lot can happen.

I think the deadline is August 31 11:59 pm.

I believe we have 5 days to sign players.

We can sign players until the end of August, then on September 1st we must register the players for the CL.

Sept 1st is the deadline for registration ... this virtually puts a dealine on the transfer season for all players we would want to use in CL.
As for when you can register players for CL, a club can do so even before Sept 1st, 23.59 CET. - sept 1st is a deadline, not a specific date on which all registrations have to be done.
Basically, we can sign a player at noon on sept 1st, register him with the FIGC, and then register him with UEFA as long as the whole procedure doesn't take beyond 23.59 CET.
As for the transfer deadline for serie A, I don't remember reading a specific date after the start of the championship was pushed back to Sept 9th, but originally that deadline was set for either August 31st or Sept 1st i.e. 3 days or so AFTER the original date for start of Serie A - August 27th.
Usually, the transfer deadline in Serie A is set either a couple of days before or a couple of days after the start of the championship, so I wouldn't be surpised if now, with Serie A starting on Sept 9th, the transfer dealine to have been pushed back by a week or so, too.
This, however, wouldn't benefit Milan by much since our main concern is the dealine for UEFA CL as we would want all our players to be able to participate in CL as well and not only in Serie A.

I'm probably wrong, but i'm sure there were alot of comments about Barzagli not being good enough for us a few months ago.

If he did come to us, i just hope he wouldn't turn out like Leggratagli (i know i spelt that wrong), a player who promised alot and then slumped.

I'd rather not have Iaquinta either.

I think we might see a surprise. Oliveira has undergone a medical yesterday and the results aren't out yet. Thats pretty strange for me. I think there's something going on that we dont know about.

No Mexican soap opera would be so dramatic as the transfer market that season!
