If we play like the previous games Fiorentina could rip us apart with a 3 maybe 4-0 victory.
We really have to be confident and try to make no mistakes.

I won't judge too fast. Oliveria has just come back from injury and is trying to adapt to Italian football.

Ibra, on the other hand, has just joined a free-ride ship. Life is too simple for him.

FYI:

___

Doctor Jean Pierre Meersseman analysed the Rossoneri injury situation case by case on Milan Channel:

Things are difficult at the moment, but yesterday we had good news about Kaladze. He doesn’t have anything serious just some muscular fatigue and he should be able to recover in time for Florence. Just like Kakà, who had only a bit of pain in his foot when he kicked. Dida will be examined by Dr. Martens on Thursday and we hope he won’t need an operation.

One of the principal problems is that we don’t have many players at the moment and therefore we must risk playing those that perhaps aren’t at 100%. Like Seedorf, for example, he needs some time to rest, three to four days to resolve the small problem that he has. But, he can’t stop because he is needed. Kaladze wanted to play at any price and we know how that went.

We are counting on everyone to give a hand, including the fans, in this difficult moment. Nesta needed an operation, but we chose the conservative path, but instead of improving the situation it aggravated it. The pain increased and then he took a hit in a practice game on November 19 and then even he preferred to have an operation. Now he can rest a bit and then start rehabilitation. The surgeon gave him a prognosis of three months, so he should be back in the middle of March. Also the conservative route was taken with Serginho, we tired everything without result and we were forced to go with the operation. He will have to stay either lying down or on his feet for a week, no sitting down.

Ambrosini doesn’t have an specific problem, only some pain in various areas that moves around. Yesterday after the tests and exams, we decided to begin with some basic preparation because it is the lack of preparation that created these problems. He should be back in two or three weeks and then there’s the break. So, we hope to have him at 100% on January 10. Gattuso is extraordinary. We thought he would return for Christmas, in another 15 or 20 days. He is doing well and has done some great work, six or seven hours a day at Milanello. He even worked three times as much as he should have and I had to stop him. He is at 95%, even there we took some risks, but he wanted to help the team. We are happy that he is back but can't expect him to play another three games in a row at 100%.

Favalli is recovering at a good pace, there’s just a little left to go. Costacurta is also moving along very well. The problem with his calf came about because he worked and played too much for his age. He played three games in a row. However it’s going better than expected. We’ve been thrown off by the lack of preparation, in addition to having paid for the psychological impact of what happened this summer.

Well, for once I am pessimistic before a Milan game. I think Fiorentina are going to rip us apart. There is always the hope that we will play a good game and win, but really.. I don't see it happening. Let's just pray it won't be too embarrassing.

We can beat Fiorentina if our players play as well or even better than how we played against Messina. That was one of our better performances this season. I doubt Seedorf will be benched this weekend though.

Thanks Jeff...as this paints a very realistic picture for ALL of us here to note...we are without several first teamers...we are fielding players who sholdnt have to play...and this is derived from the Moggiopoli scandal, which saw us having to start the season early.

I make this point, because, even though we have tended to control most games, we havent looked like the Milan...say of last season..the sad thing is, we arent...mentally, nor physically, nor, if one would note on the team sheet.

Regardless, I will continue to support my club, thru thick and thin...but as my pragmatic side comes to the fore, I will be less and less optimistic.

I still think we will get waxed...I just hope not too badly.

FORZA MIIIIIIIIIIIIILAN!!

injury is bad; scandel is bad; and when your luck is bad as well, then even the great milan will fall.

Milan will win against Fiorentina if kaka play. This is the kind of match milan usually play at their best.
A win will boost the dressing room morale.

Gazzetta have changed the line-up today...according to them Kaka will play:

-----------------Kalac-----------------
---Cafu----Simic----Maldini----Janku---
------Gattuso----Pirlo----Seedorf------
-----------------Kaka-----------------
----------Gila-------------Oli----------

Gourcuff over Seedorf and we'll win automatically.

I dont share your optimism...as I said before, we are going to play against currently 2 best strikers of Serie A...Toni and Mutu. They are going to score, because Kalac is on the goal, because Simic is not doing good and Nesta is injured. So that is really the question of who ll score more..we or them?..And I think they ll score more - they are in a good shape now, well at least much better than we are.
