This is how you attack, and not play 4 DM. This how you do it. I hope Carlo understands that.

At least Darmian is IN - but also Sheva...

Am i watching the right game, or did ancelotti actually bring on Darmian and Strasser?

Youngsters looked confidend. I know the result was 5:1 but still I'm so happy that we actually saw some youngsters play from our youth

yeah i agree, Strasser had some cockyness to him, but he showed some good control. What i saw of Darmian, i had about hte same confidence in him that i would Bonera so.. i say let him start more!

Yeah! I couldn't believe it that Darmian came in to the game!!! Then Strasser!

Wooow!!!

Btw bravo Carlo! You can handle the problem well. The team showed that they are compact in this game. Even when we were already 5-1 Kaka and R80 still help the defence. And thanks for bringing Darmian and Strasser. Strasser looked like a star for Milan fans in San Siro.

ACMILAN1983 will become famous soon enough
I take my hat off to the side. I said before the match I wasn't expecting victory, but wanted a reaction after recent performances. Not only did we get that reaction, we got the result to match, which is brilliant.

On top of that, tonight's performance has surely given Carlo some fresh ideas he could implement in the side, as even I got inspired by some performances and movement which I'd look to implement. Carlo didn't put a foot wrong tonight, though really his hands were tied and I can't think of another way we really could have approached the match.

Without taking anything from our performance, Udinese were shocking tonight, and were lucky not to have conceded around 10 goals, never mind 5.

Either way, I'll give a more detailed post about my thoughts tomorrow.

Yeah, I saw a different approach from Milan. Milan players looked hungry. They kept trying to control the game by playing with solidity and compactness, something that we were missing in most games this season (just like Carlo said).

This game shows us that not the number of DM you have make your team defend well but more how the team play as unit make the defence strong. This is the key for Carlo IMO. If Milan can play like today, we can use 1 DM for our next games (as long as we play like a unit).

Also not to forget to mention how our forwards' and other players' movements. Their movements were awesome. They should do this much more often especially to break the defence of a very catenaccio-minded team, a team which suffers us very often (if not always).

Where are others? We won and the score 5-1 for Milan but only few people are here (at least who posted), not like last week against Juve.
