We certainly can do that, mrki... we only need to act like the mighty club we are, and not as if we were a punny side.

Calciomercato is talking about something like 20 M + Gallas and Crespo... I cannot believe that board will accept a sh****ty deal like that, it's simply unthinkable!

Thats ridiculous! Abramovich is a big ***hole!

If we accept this deal, we are just a silly average european club

Take it easy guys. There is no way Calciomercato to know what the deal will be, when probably even Berlusconi and Abramovich don't know it yet.

No matter how much you may love Sheva, it remains to be seen what the squad would look like without him. And it may be an opportunity to improve by selling him at the top of his form rather than hanging onto him until he is too old to perform at such a high level. So I think everyone just needs to calm down and see how this all plays out. Sheva did not make Milan great. He became a part of greatness when he came to Milan. And Milan will continue to be great with or without him.

I need more solid reasons, i'd prefer him to have the balls to say "I'm going, my story with Milan has been great, but like many dreams, sometimes they finish"

Poor Baby, not only he has whatever he wants, toys, he lives in a supervilla on Como Lake and whatever, but he must speak English as well, while strangely Papà earns 10 mill per season.. In Italy sons grow up with kick in the arses and we grow up well. "Mazz'epanell fann'e figl bell" they say in Napoli (more or less "Bread and kicks in the arse make children good" )

Francesco Petrarca, italian poet of the Thirteenth Century wrote: "What is nice and pleasant in this world is a short dream"
I'd prefer this kind of honest reason, not this drama.
I started to watch Milan and other teams before you were born.
You are obviously not mature enough yet to talk about family stuff.
You said you wanted solid reasons and immidiately give some B/S, like most people would "... blah, blah, dreams, ... finish". Try to be consistent: is that a solid reason? It is not a reason at all, it is simply PR which happened to be true "story at Milan". It is not a reason at all, it is merely aknowledging the people and the organization and the fans, stating simple facts. The reason? The reason, do you really need to know the reason? You, one of greatest fans of the team, have already said enough to show that you will accept no reason. Why would he tell you more? All you need to hear is a PR.
Whatever.

True, I know he's leaving, but please not for Crespo + Gallas + 20millions, that's ridiculous! That's the way you treat an average European club, but NOT Milan.

You want Sheeva? Well you got the money so you'll pay stupid Abramovich!

No I dont, but for every Kaka that we aquire young, and relatively untested, there are at least 10 failures.

It is important that we "freshen" up the squad with younger players, but not at the expense of a poor season because they are taking time to adapt.

The pressure is on Milan, and other big Italian clubs, to be competitive year in, year out. Juve bought Viera, a player already on the decline, but with Emerson beside him, they romped home to a scudetto. Can we learn anything from this? The Viera transfer was the best value for money for the entire silly season...and he is how old now?

De Rossi is better than Emerson? I dont know about that..that is very subjective, and not easily proven...who does he play for? Roma? Where did they place in the league? Again, this last statement (by me) is just semantics, as there are too many probables, too many unknowns, too many actions that result in a player being on a team that wins the title..but there is no better evidence than success...or is there?

The point I am making here GRE-NO-LI, is that while we should target youth, and with this I agree wholeheartedly, we need to achieve a certain balance between experience, and youth..much easier said than done, but with the other additions mentioned here, we may be able to achieve that.(ie Gallas, Tevez, Mascherano)

We can make short term investments in experienced players, and longer term investments in players like Gila and Kaka, who IMO represent the core around which the team should be constructed.

It will take time, but I run the risk of getting too far off topic...so I will end this here...

And what do we use to replace Sheva? Do you think Berlu is going to spend 100M pounds in one season? Think again. I doubt it will happen.

I'd say to Carlo --- we will sign two or three players for you this season: Janku , Massimo and maybe Vogel

/edit: or do they share the Simic destiny

Another question just sprang into the empty cavern that poses as my mind:

Why the delay of another day? Is it from Galliani/Milan´s end, or from Sheva´s side?
