Gourcuff scored yet again today. Not only that he scored the winning goal in a 2-1 away win. Ironically he is the only Milan player that has challenged for a league title in the last few years and he is not playing at Milan.

Surely, if they win the league this season he will be voted player of the year in the french league. Not something to be underestimated!!

It turned out so frustrating.
The better Yoann performs, the more he'd demand for salary, the less likely Milan would offer such, the less likely we'd see him wearing Rossonero next season.

Superb goals from Gourcuff in the latest match, both excellent headers.

No, he already has a contract in Milan ...
And if we can't give him a new contract, don't worry, Bordeaux won't be able to pay 15M + this new contract that we're not able to pay ...

It might be true, but other European giants can. With everybody of Seedorf, Kaka, Dinho and maybe Beckham stays, he wouldn't believe he has a solid position. Again, Milan has to offer sth like 4m/year for his stay, or offers will be all over the places.

Great news guys. Nesta has made a rapid improvement in last couple of weeks. Today, according to calciomercato, he played the whole training with the team and was moving with ease...

oops wrong theme...

Good news from Gourcuff. When he was asked whether he would return to Milan, he replied why not. He said that is more confident now, better player and that he has trust in his abilities which all would help him to emerge in environment with more pressure...

No new coach 100% no chance for Gorky. So sad the guy has talent and we gave it away.

Gourcuff again pretty much drove Bordeaux to a win. Going 1-0 down initially I believe he crossed the ball in for the equaliser by Chamakh before scoring himself to put the side 2-1 up. It went back to 2-2, but at the end I believe Gourcuff also played a big part in the winning goal as it was crossed in from a corner and he struck the ball very well from outside the area, only for it to come off the post and someone else scored off the rebound.

About his own goal, you probably noticed that he was the one to shot the corner and made a great effort to come into the area and he received the ball to score, a bit like Inzaghi could do (you know, being at the right place at the right moment) ...

It's something that is litterally different from the Gourcuff in Milan, and even from the Gourcuff in Bordeaux made in 2008: he tries to create, but he also does his best to be at the end of these actions he started ... it looks like confidence earned makes him doing extra-efforts (he creates, he launch occasions, he helps to defend, and so nowadays he's even there to score).

It's true that the way he drives into the box is now really effective and many goals this season (I'd think maybe around half this season, especially 2009 as you say) have come as a result of such movement.

He's always been clever off the ball, he moves a lot and makes good runs to try and help the team. This is one of the key reasons I want him back next season.

We really need this guy back, certainly as a Seedorf replacement.
