AC Milan will splash out on Oddo - Galliani

AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has declared they intend to splash out for Lazio fullback Massimo Oddo in January.
Oddo is in new contract talks with Lazio, but the two parties are still some way from an agreement and Galliani said this morning: "In January we will sign Oddo and beyond him another defender.

"Indeed, if the market allows us, we won't stop there."

Galliani was asked about Milan's interest in Internacional's 17 year-old striker Alexandre Pato: "Milan has a Brazilian spirit and we intend for that to continue."

AC Milan to offer £7M for Udinese's Di Natale

AC Milan are ready to bid for Udinese striker Antonio Di Natale.
Di Natale has established himself in recent months as a major part of Italy coach Roberto Donadoni's Euro2008 plans and has emerged as a January target for Milan.

Milan chief Adriano Galliani confirmed today they will be active in next month's winter market and is ready to offer Udinese £7 million for Di Natale.



Not bad new two lots in one day its the Christmas cheer getting to them!

Im still up for Cassano as he is simply better player. He is arogant, but those things somehow get solved in Milanello. Maybe they all smoke a joint now and then and then everyone is relaxed, as Galliani always says "we are relaxed...now we will win CL"

Robben or Messi
Simao from Benfica

Here's a more detailed part of the thing Galliani said today:

Milan chief executive Adriano Galliani has revealed his plans for the January transfer window, with Lazio's Massimo Oddo top of his wanted list.

"In January we will sign Oddo and another defender," he said. "If the market allows it we will not stop there.

"However, we will not sign a goalkeeper."

Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti had been linked with a move for a shot-stopper as regular number one Dida is injured.

There are two other targets on the Rossoneri's wish-list, Sao Paulo right back Ilsinho - reportedly in line to replace long-serving veteran Cafu - and World Club champions Internacional's teenage striker Pato Alexandre.

"Ilsinho and Pato? We have a Brazilian spirit here and we will confirm [something more soon]."

Galliani again insisted that the club's star Brazil playmaker would not be leaving the club, nor would the man in charge.

"Kaka will not leave and we have spoken enough about [Chelsea striker Andriy] Shevchenko," he said.

"Ancelotti will remain with us, for better or worse."

It would be great if we could sign those three players that are mentioned in the interview with Galliani, because Cafu is really getting to old and with Pato we would have a more creative attacker and that's also something we can use

Here is my ultimate plan. Inter will be goin to Bahrain to play against them on January 6th. I have already made a few phone calls with friends and fixed my connections there with the person responsible of making sure the Inter team are safe . Im going to meet up with Adriano. If we were alone, I will try to be as humble and realistic as I can (which is never the case) and tell him that he is a great player and can write history in football, but Inter is the wrong place to do it. Anyone think I should take the chance? should I fly to Bahrain and try to do it? I hope it'll work! :P.. I know even if he wanted to join Milan he couldn't do it himself but at least if i put the idea into his head then it would be all up to him from that point.. he should talk to the right ppl in milan to let milan know of their interest in him..

Why do we need another Gilardino in our team? I dont think Adriano is a good option for us...

Egoistka, Adriano if get the old good form he is unstopable!
He is faster than gila,stronger than gila,better than gila at technical,dribling,scoring,passing,heading,had great shoots............he is better than gila!And he is not like gila!
Adriano is a complete striker,he has it all for the perfect type of a striker!

Adriano has the same problem as Gila - mental. He very much depends on his emotions...So he can be great, and then all of a sudden he is out for a long period. I think we dont need another mental player.

Adriano and Gilardino both have the same problem: bad coach than canr develop them. If they worked with Lippi, hiddink or Wenger, you would see the difference. When fear and nervous state trake on the player, he becomes insecure just like Gila is right now. He doesnt even try his head kicks, and the things he knew how to do at Parma. Gila nedes confidence and maybe a little more pure power, nothing else. He knows how to score.

Ancelotti gives his players enough confidence, Gila wasn't the Gila of Parma also with Italy in the WC under Lippi.
Gila will get confidence by scoring goals and good performances of the whole team in general, like every attacker

is pato a non EU-player???? and Ro is a non Eu player???
