well, what Helguera says is true to a degree, Rooney hasnt won anything yet in his career and he certainly does have a temper
 but when Helguera was 19 what had he won? I think he is probably a little worrried that he is going to be embarassed by a kid on wedneday

Helguera don't play today against England, because he has injured. Puyol also has injured and he has been replaced with Juanito, so I think, that today England win.

Giggsy is all signed up until 2006 i think
He did reject the 1 year extension to his contract though, he thinks he can play on until 2008 (he'll be 35 ) i like his desire to play for as long as possible but i have to say i doubt he will still be effective in 4 years time. He has already declined from the 90's when for some time he was possibly the best left winger on the planet (in my biased opinion )Quote:

Rooney's gone crazy tonight
so tommorow the press will blame Utd for everything again  its quite a bad tempered game though, more of an un-friendly...Some bad chanting as well  Ashley Cole is getting a lot of abuse and hopefully EUFA/FIFA will sort this out

yeah, im no fan of Ashley Cole, in fact i think he is a whinging diver
but he shouldnt have to go through that, especially in a friendly. Atletico Madrid want to buy Shaun Wright-Phillips  Im sure he'd rather stay with the failures that are Man City instead of move to Spain after last night... Apparently Ruud got injured last night the paper said it wasnt serious, we really need him to be fit for Saturday, if Utd are gonna challenge this season it has to begin now

Ruud might miss the game against Charlton, so Rooney and Smith could play together again. I said before the Pompey game that i couldnt see many goals in that partnership because of how they play and that game ended with a 2 - 0 defeat
hopefully they can put it right against Charlton tommorow
