its all about the Clubs management or Manager quality, they should have the eye's to pick quality player in smaller clubs, Arsenal wenger bring Thomas Vermaelen and he's scored 5 goals already, so how about that for a central defender, in contrary Milan got Onyewu..............

Diego Souza from Palmeiras (Brazil) is a really promising player i think. He is an attacking midfielder with, speed, good dribbling skills and good set pieces skills. He is 24 and i think he has been the best player in Brazil during this season

I also noticed that and wanted to point it out.....Wenger found Vermaalen who turned out to be pretty good. Milan MGT on the other hand is acting like it just started to watch football.

Yes and Thiago Silva, who cost less than Vermaelen, and honostly is a better defender, thus far at least.

Nesta is our best def and he is nearly 34 he is still playing great but cannot play 40 games a season. The fact is when Maldini the best LB ever retires you go out and sign a new LB a quality LB , When you sell Kaka and get 72 million you spend at least 30 million on a replacement.

When you are the most successful team in the modern era of football you do not end up with an old beaten broken slow tired pathetic excuse of a team. The MGT of Milan either has been awful or there is money being used for something else.

There was never any money problems ever then suddenly we do not qualify for the CL and are in a crisis (just an excuse to sell Kaka for money IMO) and cannot spend any money have to sell Kaka still have no money. I do not believe for one minute a word that comes out of Berlus mouth how the public in Italy vote for a corrupt pervert is beyond me.

The club is in such bad shape now that it can not be resolved without spending hundreds of millions. I am so p1ssed this morning that I could hit someone repetedly.

This crap started before we miss the CL that one time. Let's not forget that we also spent next to nothing when we sold Shevchenko in 2006 and won the CL in 2007. Calciopolli or not, they could've done a lot better than Oliveira, and yet they decided to play the cheap game and ended up wasting all the money they made on useless crap players.

Not spending enough money is only part of the problem here. Sure, we need a lot more funding than we have, but the way they spent that money is bigger issue between the two. Just imagine how much better off we would be right now if we didnt waste money on Ronaldo, Oddo, Emerson, Oliveira and Huntelaar. And instead, we used the money on some real players like Ibrahimovic, Dani Alves, Lucio and many others. We might have invested the same amount of money but end up with a much better squad.

I do not know what to think we are not capable of signing even mediocure to good players , players will now think twice before joining Milan players care about their career and they know that if they go to Milan now in 2009 that they are not in the right place to further their career.

Young up and coming players from south America is all we seem to be linked with , but these guys are so much better off going somewhere like Porto Benfica Lyon PSV or some of the Moscow clubs than Milan.

Its player after player we get linked to without ever signing anyone , Onyewu and Roma were joke signings , Huntelaar is good but he is an out and out centre forward who needs service no service no goals.

We are unable to play down the wings we have no wingers and no good wing backs , so surely its a no brainer for Leo . He dosn't even look interested anymore like he's waiting for the sack so he can go back to a comfortable executive job. Im sure he would of loved to have been a success and won some silverware but not with this team or his naivety.

Honestly, if I was in charge, I'd take Giovinco on loan with a view to buy in January, and I'd try and buy Motta, he'd know he'd play here. I don't think we need much else, Abate can move into midfield and that way our old guard can be fresher, because they can play well, just not day-in-day-out like they used to. We've really run those guys into the ground, it's sad.

Motta last season was the best RB in Italy. He is young and fast and can attack. He was the captain of the U-21 team and he is a good young player. I dont know why somebody wouldnt want him. he is a hugely better player than say Drenthe or several others that have been mentioned.

I wish we had invested some money in De Silvestri, Cigriani and Criscito this summer, it would have rejuvinated the squad and added some depth. All are up coming players who combined would not have cost much more the £15m. A good investment if you ask me.
De Silvestri would be an improvement on Jankuloski as an option for right back. Cigriani would have been the back up for Pirlo we deseprately need and might have forced Pirlo to improve his performances. Criscito again would be an improvement on Gooch, Kaladze and Favalli.

Fingers crossed next year we'll see some drastic changes. Then again i was hoping for that 2 years ago.

we dont have to sign "superstars"... they are normally expensive, at their peek, not motivated and only good for one season, limited shelf life... example R99, R80, and other crap we signed... Kaka wasnt a superstar, Fabrigas, Gerrard, etc... they develop into superstars at their clubs....

MGT don't want to sign anyone that costs more than 2 mil and 1 mil in wages that makes it hard.

What does this mean for Milan?!?!?!?

This is a huge sum of money. Surely this will have a lot of weight on Milan's future! Maybe the rummors of selling Milan were realy true.
