As far as new signings, new players will help nomatter who they will be, remember of Drogba that a lot of him didnt want him for Milan in August and since then is amazing, players like Adriano, Drogba after a tranfer they can be rebirthed.

The people in Porto Alegre(city of Grêmio and Internacional) was very high on Alexandre Pato before the rest of us(brazilians) ever to see the kid play. It was like the hype on Ronaldinho in the past...
The boy was the top scorer(and champion) of the first Brazilian U-20 Championship, and they said that even Arsene Wenger send a assistant to watch Pato to play. This was why the kid only play 3 professional games this year...Internacional board was wise, and hold the boy debut(professional) until they agreed new terms of contract(the A. Pato price was only 2 millions in the old contract)...

IMO A. Pato is worth the gamble...all scouts reports that I saw are positives. Great kid, player and professional...and also, a fast and skilled support striker, that we need so much...

I've seen him on diffrent occasions he is good but he isn't efficient enough. He makes for instance great moves, great dribbels but his shot flies nearer to the cornerflag than the goal. If he can work those things out he would be a great assest if not he would be our very very weak point...
But he is still young (June 8, 1981) so who know's

Biggest tripe I readin a long time. New players will either help or not, never can you say that they will help "no matter who they will be". In fact a vast majority of the worlds footballers would not help us at all. I'll give you the benefit of doubt that you only expressed yourself badly.

i think Timo Hildebrand is a top class keeper! it would be worth it imo.

Although we didn't have any luck with players out of the Bundesliga remember Ziege and Lehman but maybe it will be diffrent this time...

In this difficult situation any new signing can only improove our performances which were awful.

As far as Hildebrand by sure will be a great signing if we get him. He is a good replacement both for the period in which Dida will be out and when the Brazilian will be back.

Timo is certainly better than Dida now.

Arsenal or Milan he goes, I'd be happy.

What position this Gago guy plays ?
I see he's a midfielder but dunno if he's a defensive or attacking one. If he's an attacking mid then it's maybe even good news for Milan that Real got him. They won't need Kaka now.
